Only stopped as it was highly recommended... completely worth it. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. You pay per truffle and by the lb (weight) for most other chocolate. We ordered Marzipan Mice, chocolate covered Marshmallows (they make their own marshmallow too!) And a few truffles, a scrap cookie along with a frappe coffee. Wish we had more time to see this town and its sights!

Love this little place. Their coffees are smooth, and their chocolates are amazing! As someone who loves rodents - I also adored the mouse themed logos (:
Highly recommend the marzipan mice as well as the dark raspberry truffle!
Hope to come back this way soon!

Chocolate coffee & shakes the have a bit of everything. I got a dirty chi and the kiddo had an ice cream. What better say to look at this beautiful town. The staff was decent young teenagers could have been more polite other than that I would recommend

Best Mexican Mocha I've ever had! The perfect amount of spice, so delicious! The kids enjoyed ice cream & brownies and the staff was very friendly, helpful & accommodating! Will definitely go back!

As for coffee in such a small town, this is pretty much your only bet. It's mediocre at best. I had an iced latte and it kind of tasted like Dunkin' Donuts. If you like that kind of weak coffee, then you might like it.
Their chocolates looked good but they closed way too early and we didn't get a chance to come back and try them. The staff seemed very friendly.

This adorable coffee shop has the BEST mocha! If you ever go, get Mouse’s Marzipan Mocha! It was so amazing and has, frankly, made me feel as though all other coffees are lacking. Stumbling across this establishment was absolutely worth the 7 hour drive from my house! A good cup of coffee is a wonderful thing, and Mouse’s has an AMAZING cup!

Probably the best money that we spent in all our trips to Colorado. The staff was dead on to recommend the Mouse (not a typo) Tracks. We also really enjoyed the Scrap Cookie and Lavender Hot Chocolate. The Mexican Hot Chocolate is really popular but despite being Mexican I’m not a huge fan of spice and chocolate combined.

I can not believe the service we received! I have come to Mouses over the last 8 years. I am a local Colorado resident. My husband and I had gone to view a waterfall on a Tuesday. I had been bragging about this place and wanted to treat my husband who had never been there. When we entered a worker came in from the back and looked at us and turned his head with a disgusted look on his face. I smiled and said hi even though we had been treated standoffish by a blonde haired gentleman. I tried to smile and talk friendly with him but when my husband (Hispanic) talked the gentlemen would huff and turned his head away, refusing to look at us or speak to my husband. I again smiled and attempted to ask how his day was (assuming he was as just having a rough day) he responded shortly, "fine" and turned his back to my husband so he could face the window outside. The employee would not speak, look or stand in the direction of him. Then the manager or owner came out (taller caucasian man) and stood next to the worker at the ice cream, he also starred out the window and refused to engage in any conversation with me. I was completely, utterly appalled at the treatment we received. After all the years I have been visiting this store, due to the disrespect and attitudes I will no longer support this business.
