Coffee, Lattes, baked goods, and music in a fly shop?!?!
Who does this?
I had the best Latte (so far) in CO at this fine establishment. And the flies are priced for normal humans. My flies and Latte cost less than 3 streamers would cost in the Roaring Fork Valley!! The owners live in town and are incredibly nice. This is a must stop if you will be fishing or love coffee! I drove over an hour to stop here, and it was well worth it. (Note: if you are in need of specific fly gear, maybe call in advance and see if they have it. They are not as stocked as some of the purist fly shops, but even so, make a stop for the Espresso Drinks, and you're sure to find some gear and flies you need too).

Such a fun, family oriented establishment! Beverages & treats are delicious and the owners and staff are so friendly! Great place for meeting friends or working remotely. They are very involved in the community and host events for adults, the kiddos and most times both! You’ll usually see the same familiar faces because it’s such a great spot to hang out. Drifters is the perfect addition to our adorable little town!

Great drinks, friendly owners, and the breakfast burritos are awesome. They also have a nice selection of fishing gear and a cute back patio to enjoy during warm weather. Fun spot to have a coffee and it’s locally owned!

Our barista was awesome! She was super welcoming and very fast with all of our orders. The place was super cute and really really really good coffee. Definitely check it out

This is such a great little coffee and fly shop! Please try to stop in there when you get the chance. Not over priced, super friendly service... very quaint atmosphere. Also, they host a phenomenal Open Mic night!

Love this coffee shop! Great selection of both coffee and tea. (Ask for the blue tea!) Atmosphere makes it! A slice of heaven in New Castle.

Really great customer service. That coffee is delicious, and the fishing knowledge was extremely helpful. It didn't feel condescending, which is refreshing in the community. Kyla and Joe were very friendly, giving suggestions on where to eat, what to do, and where to watch the Avalanche game. We will definitely be swinging through again over the next few days, and will be looking forward to coming back.

The staff is great, the scenery is relaxing and welcoming, and the coffee is amazing. If I didn’t live in New Mexico, I’d be stopping here every day. If you’re traveling through, you definitely need to stop and try it out!! Plus, the shop is cool! Tons of stuff to buy.

Have been visiting a relative in the Glenwood Springs area and he suggested I check out Drifters. It's a 15 minute drive from Glenwood Springs but it was TOTALLY WORTH IT!
I had a 12 oz latte and the espresso they use is really good. No bitterness, just a strong, smooth, slightly nutty flavor.
I also had an almond pear Danish (which is more like an almond cake) which was really amazing. They said a local baker provides their pastries.
I met the owner and he was very welcoming and worked as hard as any of the employees to make sure customers got their orders as quickly as possible.
Very cool local art and hand made gifts around the cafe to look at while you wait for your order. I highly recommend!
