Love the Snow Capped Rocky! I'm a long time Starbucks guy, but if they adopted some of Starbucks things like order ahead on app and provided some way to pick up without waiting in line, I would visit a lot more.

Don't normally stop for coffee in the am as it's usually crazy busy anywhere. I was running ahead of schedule and there were only 4 cars in each drive up for total of 8 cars, I had time. Much to my surprise well before I made the window a nice young lady came to my truck to take my order. Not only did they get the order right, it was back out to me before I made it to the window. Great, quick efficient service with a smile!

The lady was very helpful especially since we just moved to Colorado, she even gaves us a free coffee next time we go

1st time visiting and I am in love! Their coffee is amazing and staff was very friendly considering it was my first visit. Some places will just suggest any drink to get you out the door and move on to the next guest.
This place was very willing to answer my questions. I tried an iced Chai latte with strawberry flavoring. It was amazing!

I don't really anticipate much from a drive through coffee place as far as quality, but The Human Bean has unexpectedly great drip coffee. We pick up bags of beans from time to time too. The breakfast burritos are also top notch. 🤌🏼

But, most importantly, I've never had an unfriendly or even low-effort experience with any of the staff. They are kind and present each time I've pulled through. Keep hiring awesome people!

For having 2 windows, why not have 2 people working them. One person jumping back and forth just takes too long for an order of plain coffee, especially in the morning.

Consistently the best coffee around. Sometimes the size of the location makes the lines a bit crazy, but they do their best to streamline the process.

I used to love Human Bean but over time switch to Dutch Bro due to the drinks I enjoy. Well today I was close to this Human Bean and was like I will give them a try again. Well I had some issues with their customer service. When I arrived I was third in line and within a few minutes was 2nd in line. Well when that happened a lady came out and took the order of the truck behind me. I was like ok guess she made a mistake and missed me. I was ok with that. But 5 mins go by and I'm still 2nd in line and the lady comes out and gives the order to the truck behind and takes payment. She then looks at my car for a few seconds and decided I wasn't worth getting my order taken apparently and takes the order of the car that was behind the truck. I waited another few minutes before I finally made it to the window and ordered. Well I got my drink at the same time that 2nd car got theirs. This is why I appreciate Dutch Bros even more. They know car management unlike Human Bean.
