Found CG online and wasn't sure if system was going to work the way it was advertised (i.e. roast right at time of purchase with in-area delivery) but it does! 2lbs of coffee delivered to doorstep a couple days after ordering, roasted day before, and the coffee is excellent!! As fresh as it gets! Very impressed - will continue to order from here and can't wait to try all the varieties.

They dropped a free sample by Tri City Cycle where I work and it was amazing! Just placed our first order this afternoon and the dropped it off on our front porch at 6:30pm tonight! It’s Sunday! And they do free local delivery! Amazing coffee, amazing customer service and totally reasonable pricing. Great job! Support this local coffee roaster

I ordered a sample box and haven't received it yet but this company deserves five stars already. The cofounder emailed me immediately after I placed my order to save me $8.50 on shipping because I'm local. To top of the spectacular customer service and support. Their selection of beans and roast preferences, along with sizes of bags ranging from 1 pound to 5 pounds. Keep the money local and drink the good stuff.

I am so happy I found The Coffee Grail because it is incredible! They have a wide selection of great coffee, and you can choose your roast preference and whole bean or grind for each. I have loved all of the samples I have tried. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! They care about their customers, and they care about the quality of coffee beans they are providing. The free local delivery has been wonderful. I don't know of any other local business that would deliver their fresh roasted coffee to your doorstep late at night! I cannot recommend this place enough. I found my new coffee roaster!
