EDIT: I'm going to assume the owner's response is correct and update my rating because the food was so good!

The owner does not pay for enough staffing. The menu is massive and puts too much burden on the staff.

The coffee and food is otherwise flawless. Very very hard workers here too.

My husband and I went there as we really enjoyed the place I. The past.
The lady at the cash register was very helpful; we ordered coffee and pastry; however the Barista and the lady at the end of the counter were RUDE.
We ordered coffee in real cups; but came in paper ones, when we tried to get the barista to change to real cups, she was rude about it. When I was done, I brought my dishes up to the counter where the lady banging on her computer told me there was a bin to put it in. That bin was gross and full of dishes. If she got off her computer; she would notice. If we are servicing ourselves there, like a school cafeteria; then WHAT do we tip for 🤷‍♀️.
The coffee taste is not what it used to be and the bacon on the sandwich was disgusting. Their pastries are very good.

The vibe is unmatched! It looks like a fancy vintage shop inside and their beverages are perfectly curated. I’m such a fan. Cannot wait to go back.

No hate, just a plea to do better. Cold and over cooked eggs, overpriced milk alternatives. Wobbly chairs, falling ceiling tiles, more than pee stains on the toilet rim, and then a roach crawled from under the bathroom baseboard. I want to go to local joints more than anything but won’t revisit for awhile after today 😔

Excellent coffee and pastries. The service was very good. The barista asked me to let her know how my latte was which I thought was very considerate and unique.
The atmosphere here is so classy and serene. A perfect place to relax for a bit.

I have visited this coffee shop before but they were always out of avocados. I thought I would try again today but without ordering anything with avocados. I ordered a few things and told the cashier it was to go. She was sullen and distracted. She brought me part of my order and walked away to chat with a young male co-worker. After several minutes, I asked where the rest of my order was. She looked at the young man rolled her eyes and told me it was cooking. I pointed out I ordered it to go and that it was wrapped and sitting in the case. I told her that I didn't ask for it to be heated up. She rolled her eyes walked off and got what appeared to be my ticket from the cook and got my item from the cooler. She brought it to me with another glance on the guy accompanied by the eye roll, played it on the counter and walked away. I asked for a bag. How do you carry several items with just two hands? She tossed me a bag with a big eye roll. To say she had poor customer service would be putting it mildly. Most places ask if you want a to go item heated up but she didn't. She clearly was there to chat with her male co-worker. I won't be back. I will go to Muse down the street. The food is better and they are nice.

Great coffee with an upscale atmosphere. Feels very cozy but also feels like I'm having coffee at an england mansion. Customer service was on point and the carrot cake pop was delicious. Will return soon.

The ambience is wonderful. Great location and the branding of the place is excellent. However, I found the food to be lukewarm at best, although the waffles were amazing in taste. a We both ordered the same drinks and they were not made the same. And were not hot either. Maybe we were there on an off day.

Fabulous locally owned espresso bar and coffee hang-out! Large café. Great variety of food options, including some gluten-free, to accompany your choice of drink!

I've been here for 2 hours on a busy Saturday morning (working on my laptop... great WiFi) and I'm blown away by the amazing customer service.

Every. Single. Person. gets greeted with a warm welcome.

They are kind, considerate, professional and organized.

Oh and they make a great cup of coffee.

This place is full of happy customers and happy staff.

This is my first time here and I will be back often.
