MeCo Coffee Collective

Stopped in on my way to work to check the place out and grab a cappuccino. The coffee was good, and the space was comfortable and inviting. Will definitely be making MECO my go to coffee spot

I only grabbed coffee and a scone to go (both were great!), but what I saw of the atmosphere was really nice and cozy. I'd like to come back and sit down and relax next time.

What a wonderful, artful place! Their pastries are delicious and the hot chocolate I had was perfect. The ambience is delightful and the service was friendly and attentive!

Wonderful place to eat! He makes insanely good bread - which makes the chicken pesto panini just too good. And the days when he has his homemade cheez it crackers are the best days. When was at at Wibbby, Rayback, Lefthand, or Gunbarrel Brewing - it was a no brainer for me to want to go eat there. And Isaac is super nice. You can tell he truly loves his craft and puts his heart into the food. I'm sad that I moved from Colorado last month for many reasons, but one is because that means my favorite food truck is in another state.

Excellent drinks, beautiful and inviting environment, quality items from local artists. Would definitely visit again!

SO excited to have this coffee shop close to my house. Really fun little gifts, great coffee, good atmosphere.

I ordered the pepperoni and feta panini and fettuccini alfredo when I visited the Monzu food truck with my husband. I was skeptical because I had never had 'mobile' Italian food before. I was NOT disappointed! The food was delicious and the service was wonderful.

Dog friendly, lots of natural light. Conversation nook great coffee and snacks.
