Great crew. Usually pretty quick. I went inside once with my daughter, and the music piped through the speakers made us want to leave ASAP. However, if you go through the drive-up window, the service is quick, pleasant, and efficient. The folks at the window usually recognize me and credit my account toward the free drink rewards. The drive-through is wide and has plenty of rrom for me to drive my full-size crew cab truck through. Better than Starbucks, but only by like a million percent. BUT, if the Caribou nearest me had a drive through window, I'd still be going there.

Most of the time they get my order right. I order from here nearly everyday. Today I paid $9 for a chia latte HOT and it came iced with none of the extras. I tried contacting the store but they have no phone number. I’m super bummed and won’t be coming back for awhile.

Sugar-free Caramel blondie is delicious! Atmosphere is cozy, modern and fairly upscale. Staff was super friendly!

It's not bad, but nothing that gives it an edge over the many other local coffee shops and roasters. I got a very "bro" vibe here which was the same as at another location down south. Lost Coffee is better imo.

Coffee is great and there is a good selection of flavor syrups for lattes, including lavender, my favorite. Drinks are pretty pricey, though, especially if you add a flavor and/or an extra shot. There's a small selection of coffee shop food like muffins, and some good non-coffee drinks too, like iced tea.

Fantastic coffee spot. Great options for the kids, multiple smoothies, chocolate milk, and cider. Coffee is fantastic, not just lots of sugar like the big coffee places but really good coffee. I highly recommend their dirty chai!

My partner’s iced White Out (white choc & hazelnut) was really yummy; a bit on the sweet side. I ordered an iced Mexican Mocha and unfortunately, didn’t taste much coffee. My best advice for Black Rock overall is to order your iced drinks 1/2 flavored with an extra shot if you want a strong coffee flavor :) This location was fast and the employee at the window was nice. One star off for making my partner’s drink a small when we ordered a large. We believe we were charged for a large but didn’t feel like holding up the line to get it remade.

$15 for a small and large coffee.

Absolutely absurd. No 2 drive thru coffees are worth $15.

This is such a great coffee shop much better than Starbucks. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and and even with my difficult order they were focused and followed through to the end ultimately delivering us excellent product. So so good! My new favorite local place. Stop in and share the love with these hard working people in this beautiful new location. And don't forget to tip your server 💰
