Steep Brewing and Coffee Company

Heard about it when we came to Keystone for a weeklong stay. Came in today for some good coffee, and my o my what an awesome Cappuccino and freshly brewed coffee. Will be coming back to taste the items from the brewery

Staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to taste test. Beer selection was extremely interesting as they didn't have your typical brewery beers. My wife and I stopped at many different breweries on our Colorado vacation and Steep was definitely the worst. Just wasn't our taste in beers.

Amazing brewery/coffee house! The nice man behind the bar was able to pour 2 beers, 2 coffee cocktails, a hot chocolate and whip up a delicious pretzel within the 15 minutes of us being here. Super clean establishment and an even more clean playlist! Must visit!

Okay, sorry no posts on some time. Traveling died down since COVID-19. Steep Brewing Company... Don't go for the food, it wasn't even bar food, well what they had left was a reduced menu for an already low choice menu... And over priced for the food, $14.50 for a frozen pizza (I say frozen, they replied with fresh).

The beer though wasn't that bad. They have a large amount of choices. A lot of fruit infused and coffee infused. Not good for me. The pilsner was weak in flavor, which could be somewhat expected. The IPA had good flavor though. The beers were a bit pricey also, Pint was $7. For Keystone, it's expected The good tasting IPA will not be the saving grace for me to return to this establishment.

Forgot to write about the staff (edit). Staff was friendly, made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was a normal ski town small bar. Most don't know but I was a bartender in Summit County many years ago. On the original review I only gave 2 stars, but have to give the staff a star. The fourth star came to because of the fast reply of the original post. The staff, management, or the owner replied within minutes of the post going up. This place cares about taking care of the patrons and wanting them to come back (even with a bad review).

So, finally. Check out Steep for the beer, a lot of craft choices. I came in the "off season." Did not like the food, but the staff will take care of you and the atmosphere is a small ski resort atmosphere with a hand full of locals and regulars.

Best pour over coffee and best hazy IPA. What else could you ask for? They even have great jalapeño pretzels to go with you beer. You won’t meet a stranger here.

Steep brewing and coffee co is awesome! Very happy I came in! The beer is incredible and the Thai peanut chicken skewers are the best! And the owner was super nice. My heart is very happy! Thanks for the great experience!

Great beer with a lot of options. Sausage platter and pretzels are also good.

Great latte! Also got a pretzel and it was really good. Nice location close to Keystone. Will definitely have to come back for apres.

I am sitting in the Steep Brewing Company right now with a drink and a Bavarian pretzel. Food is good, drinks are good, and the vibes are solid. This place is excellent for a hangout, the staff are so kind and helpful.

Baked goods are delish and vibe/location are great. However, the chai had no flavor at all. It was just warm flavorless milk. I won't be back.
