Ziggi's Coffee

*****EDIT: I still think it is important to have my previous review here as things seem to persist, but I change my rating. They are quick and the girls are nice. They always give you a big smile, and no matter what, that goes a long way. Thanks Ziggis for always keeping us well caffeinated.
My husband and I used to love going to ziggis. It seems like everytime someone new starts here the quality gets worse. My husband has gotten the same drink for 8 years and is told today they can't make it the way he wants. I say no drizzle and whip cream and get drizzle and no whip cream. The coffee tastes like machines need to get cleaned.

Two weekends in a row they mess up my order at the Hudson location. No active listening or not asking to repeat myself. Today not only was the coffee wrong, but I ordered water”s” with my order. She forgot, and when reminded only brought one small.. She knows my total and what she needs to collect as soon as I come to the window but not my order.. now they are receiving tip as well with me assuming the order is correct. I don’t have time to go back and bicker about an order but I hope the employee working will read this and pay attention because I will still come back and intend to tip but will be very upset if the same persons are messing up a coffee order.

Only one Manager puts her big pants on and takes the time to treat me like a customer.
This is the ONLY location that has no males working for them. Seriously get with the times.

The girls that work here are the best! Always a good morning when it starts here!! Love that they know my order as soon as I pull up! The coffee is great! Not to mention the Pup cups here are the best!

Ziggis is just great. They'll always take time to help you get what you want. Their blended matcha made with sugar free vanilla powder is my favorite matcha ever. The staff is kind and fast and the drinks are exceptional!
