I ordered a specific drink with a very sweet girl who was so nice about my diet needs (100% keto). As she began making my drink another girl who was beyond rude claimed she was the manager so I couldn't have straight cream in my drink. She proceeded to try to tell me that half and half was "acceptable" for the keto diet, which it most certainly is not. It can absolutely throw a body out of ketosis as the milk sugars are high in carbohydrates. I have never had a problem with this type of order at any other coffee house as they are happy to accommodate me. I asked if Since the other girl was already making my drink could I have it and she said "No." That they have been instructed to not use straight cream in drinks. Which is interesting since that instruction was not passed on to the sweet girl who was happy to make my drink for me. I'm also writing this in hopes that this can be educational for those employees who think that half and half is acceptable for the Keto diet. It. Is. Not. Unsweet almond milk, cashew milk and cream are just about the only things that are low carb enough to be. I'm glad I was able to drive a mile away and get stellar service at Ziggi's. I'll be going there from now on.

Today I had a really amazing experience at this location. The young woman who helped me was a barista in training, and provided amazing service. She was fast, the drink tasted good, and she was super friendly. She apologized for the wait (which wasn’t even bad) and gave me extra beans because they were out of cookies. I want to give credit where credit is due, and she did an amazing job ❤️

Great coffee and espresso items. I'm pretty impressed.
4 stars is for the reason that they sometimes close HOURS early at more than one Location. Not great business thinking. With more than one store, one should for sure be open if others are closed. Do not give customers a reason to go elsewhere. But they are great when open.

Absolutely amazing!! Went there for the first time today, the ladies working there are SO nice and friendly, gave us great recommendations and the coffee tastes amazingggg! We will definitely be back!

Human Bean was always my go-to coffee stop for years because of the quality coffee and happy employees.... Until recently. Unfortunately, there has been a decline in their customer service and the way they treat their employees and customers. Covid has played a factor in many businesses and they way they had to adjust, but here it is used as an excuse to micromanage their employees in such a poor way, making it difficult to be a happy employee and it shows in almost all of them at each stand. These employees deserve respect and kindness. It’s unfortunate that hypocrisy and childish games have been the deciding factor in the superiors’ attitude here. I have enjoyed your coffee and the years of being greeted with smiles, but will no longer support a business who does not support their own employees. Hoping 2021 brings a little more positivity, respect and happiness to your stands, HB.

These bright young ladies have memory like a steel trap... I had a BIG order for my BIG family and they got all 5 drinks PERFECT! Make sure to TIP these ladies for their hard work and friendly conversation. A HUGE THANK YOU for job well done.

My first time trying the Human Bean and not only was their menu awesome the staff was AMAZING! Super sweet barista Ella, who we heard was new and still made the perfect recommendation for drinks and they were absolutely delicious!!! I can’t figure out how to upload the picture of the drinks but definitely would recommend this place to everyone!!

This is my favorite place to get coffee. It's delicious and has a wide variety. I've tried multiple flavors and was never disappointed. Plus, the people are great and friendly so it makes it even better. They don't mind to offer suggestions based on your tastes.

The baristas are the saving grace here. They are always friendly and personable, giving good service once you finally get to the window. Usually the wait is longer than a few minutes. There were just 2 cars in front of me today and it took 7 minutes before I was at the window. That's a long time when you consider that my commute to work takes 8 minutes if I don't stop for coffee. The latte I ordered today didn't have any foam on top which is typical. I should have just ordered a coffee with cream and saved myself $2 like last time. But I like a good latte. I keep hoping someday it'll be right. Good thing it came with a chocolate covered bean 🙄
