This is our first time here and the drive thru was fairly busy. We decided to park and walk up so we could look at the menu without slowing their line down. We we immediately greeted by young lady who insisted that we drive thru instead of walking up. Evidently that is only for people on bicycles or walking...I tried to explain were trying to not hold the line up while we looked and would like to sit in their outside seating, but I could not get a word in as she was busy telling me how much easier her life would be if we use the drive thru....I am currently in the drive thru to slow you all down now while we figure out what we all want. First and last time here, sorry the line was so long....

No matter which location I go to the staff are always amazing! The drinks are always delicious, no matter if I have ordered it a million times or trying something new that the staff helps me pick. Thank you so much for creating a little piece of Heaven that not only tastes amazing but is affordable too!

The coffee and product was amazing! My service was amazing I come here regularly as well as the LaSalle location and the service is always great. I will mention that I do see a noticeable difference in the way that the staff performs with their authority. The girls at the stand next to Chase Bank on 10th do seem to be working in a more high stress environment and do not seem like they are comfortable around their authority in their stand, I’m unsure if it’s a manager or assistant manager or someone even higher in the organization but the girls are noticeably high strung when the figure is there. I’m only writing this because the baristas preform well and deserve a comfortable work environment, which is what I can plainly see at the LaSalle location.

My kids and I parked 50 feet away and walked to the walk-up window. They refused to serve us because we had a car. Not a joke. The maskless employee said it was because of COVID. How does this make any sense?

Love love love this place and all the girls that work here! I'm here EVERY DAY. Their like family and are so willing to remake drinks if you don't like them. So much friendlier than anyone at Starbucks and the coffee is way better!!!

They always have the best flavors! Good change from starbucks. Love that you get a punch every coffee and then get a free one. Love when company's give back for us spending our money with them!

Hour change has me going to other coffee shops, the fact the can't touch my cc/debit card or punch card yet will touch the tip annoys me... Need to pick up their service game with lots of competition being built all over town

This place will never ever have money from my bag this morning I bought a coffee and as usual the girls come out to ask what you are going to order and look at a white Tesla in front and that the girl is touching the window of the car to ask the order and I waited for her to come to my car to ask me about my order but she ignored me and simply walked into the business that made me feel very bad I did not know that the people who drive Tesla have benefits in their establishments all people should be treated the same .. 😉Not only people who have tesla have money thanks human bean

Love the human bean as they are pretty consistent with their drinks unlike Starbucks which taste different every day. The only problem with this location is that they are much slower than the one on 36th ave. I just have to plan in advance so I leave enough time to sit in line. It has improved a lot over the last few months but I still feel it could use a little work around the 7am hour. The staff is always been friendly to me even when they are slammed.
