drinks are inconsistent, espresso was dead and bitter. the girls working are very nice

Edit: I guess the owner can’t take simple criticism and instead calls it fake news. Never thought I’d see that from a business owner. To clarify.. I got a dirty chai a couple times and it tasted different every time and whatever espresso they put in it was usually bitter. I.E inconsistent.

This is my *go to* coffee roaster. I was given a lb of coffee from CO friends several years ago. I loved the coffee. I have tried several of their blends and every time have found a new favorite. They roast and ship by order. I have never been disappointed in the freshness or quality of the product. Their customer service is excellent.

I've tried a lot of different types of coffee, but Tucan is my favorite.

Such amazing coffee! There’s blends for every type of coffee no matter how strong you like it. Plus always love supporting local companies, especially veteran owned.

We buy all our beans here. Love buying local AND love that the owner is a veteran. Their Meister blend and their Snickerdoodle are my favorites!

The first thing that hits you as you walk through the door is the smell...AMAZING! I appreciate the fact that this is a veteran owned company and I enjoyed chatting with Colt. As a homebrewer I loved the Balcones bourbon aged coffee and plan on using these beans in a brew very soon.

Their coffee is delicious! They have a great environment where you can relax, read, play games, and chat with friends and family. They also have a wide selection of coffee beans to choose from!

Cole runs a fantastic bean centered coffee roastery. He roasts all of the beans there in house and has over 20 varieties available in the shop. Try the single origin brews, espresso drinks, or wonderful cold brew. He also roasts specialty bourbon or rum barrel aged beans. Tell him what you like and he’ll set you up! Thanks for the tour Cole!

Super friendly staff and great coffee. Great place to chill.

Best coffee in the valley, Cole roasts his own beans. Great location, friendly liberty respecting staff and environment. Veteran owned. Support the troops! 🇺🇲☕

Decent drip coffee/latte but nothing special. Pretty cold and sparse inside. Not exactly a warm/cozy kind of shop.
