Stopped by on my way to Silverthorn. Delicious Latte in a 12oz. reusable glass jar. I love this! Drinking hotel coffee out if it now. 💗

Best coffee in Grand County! They have homemade vanilla that the owner weighs in each cup. She is very friendly and has another coffee shop in Winter Park.

Ordered a small oatmilk latte and it's delicious! Comes in cute jars with koozies too. We will be back.

Amazing coffee and scratch made eats. We stayed in Grand Lake for a week and did not go anywhere else for our coffee - and pretty much had breakfast here every day. You have to try their breakfast burritos! We came here when the shop was still known as Lion Head Coffee, now it’s Simple Coffee Co., but they still sell Lion Head Coffee which is locally roasted. I also had the opportunity to meet the roasters, Lucas and Frankie and they are fantastic, down to earth people. Next time I’m in Colorado, I will definitely be back here.

Top-notch eatery disguised as a hole-in-the-wall. If you're in Granby, just go. We stopped in for the BBQ, and were promised the world's best tacos by the barista-chef. Bold claim, yes; but a defensible one, because the tacos were superlative. The guy behind the counter is clearly an artisan; you can tell he puts his heart into his work. The prices are great, and you can get coffee and ice cream too.

I was unaware you wanted a detailed review. The 1 star comes from the fact a business owner would try to bribe town officials to win awards. I believe I have the message from you telling them to make sure you win best of grand for your business and you would give them $100 for each business. Also I don't think storing a dab rig where food and drinks are served is sanitary but hey that's just my review! I do have pictures to back it up.

These folks actually roast their own beans, not posing. The only ground coffee we'll buy. And if you're lucky, you'll catch the days smoked meat lunch special, served till it's gone. Delicious.

If you're a coffee aficionado and looking for coffee in Granby or Winter Park, do not go anywhere else. Lions Head has fantastic coffee and really friendly staff. They even have a drive through at the Granby location. Bonus for the lactose intolerants, the breakfast burritos are dairy free, which makes them drier, but they have hot sauce you can us to slather up your breakfast. This place slings some delicious bbq in season too (you'll see their smoker in the back). Do not miss an awesome opportunity for some seriously delicious and medium roasted coffee. When I saw they had a Noma Fermentation guide and some hot pepper vinegar fermenting in the shop corner, I knew I was in for a treat.

Delicious full bodied c9ffee served with a smile. Smart couple from Georgia started this quaint and simple coffee station and it is good. Highly recommend. Found in Grandby and Winter park CO.
