No nonsense drive thru coffee, open early and they have dog treats

I frequently stop at The Expresso Hut when I’m passing through Glenwood. Steadily declining quality and inconsistent taste. Stopped in today. Sunday morning, no crowds. Had to repeat my order twice, then got home to find that they got both drinks wrong anyway. $15,00 after tip and the drinks went down the drain. The young man and lady working there were not the least bit friendly. This was probably my last trip to their shop.

I started to go here when I moved to the area. When it’s good it’s good, but they’re consistently out of ice. They don’t listen to my order fully and have given me whole milk instead of almond milk and became upset when I asked them to remake it. I really want to like it here because the product is good. But I keep coming back just to be let down. My paninis have been half cold and I even found paper in it one time. Customer service is subpar and no one talks to me after taking my order except for the guy who works there.

Surprisingly delightful! Food was delicious, drinks were lovely, clearly it gets busy sometimes but it's certainly worth it and the Brie Turkey Panini with Jalapeño jelly is scrumptious and large.

I always forget to ask for iced versions of coffee, and I didn't catch it this time so they made my macchiato hot (as they should lol)

And I told them I messed up and wanted cold they were super sweet about remaking it for me, when I totally just expected them to chill it for me real fast like most coffee shops do. It changes the flavor and makes more bitter when fixed like that, but I live with my mistakes 🤣 well on vacation I didn't have to. Thanks ladies!

The coffee is great, the muffins are delightful.
However the breakfast burrito was awful. The girl that made it didn't know how to wrap it and it fell apart. Her customer service was poor and condescending. One star for customer service. Treat customers right!

Super friendly and delicious! We had a panini, bagel sandwich, frozen mocha and a gluten free grilled cheese... Everything was so yummy and finding somewhere with gluten free options for lunch was such a stroke of good luck for us! Highly recommend!! 😋
