Rocky Mountain Coffee Roasters is THE place to have your cup of joe. Friendly staff, a wealth of choices, and a welcoming hometown coffee shop atmosphere make this an all around win. I love stopping at the beginning, middle, or end of my bike rides! Sit outside for the best view of Mt. Royal on Main Street.

One of my favorite coffee shops anywhere. Great coffeehouse vibe, excellent coffee and tea, skilled baristas and friendly help. Sit outside in summer and fall or in their cozy indoors during the winter. And make sure to try the breakfast burrito!

The two female employees that were there were rude, disrespectful, and overall unpleasant.
The hot chocolate is way too sugary, and they don't know how to make it less sugary. I'd say any serious coffee shop should be able to do a less sugary hot chocolate (For example just add more milk).
I ended up getting a cappuccino, and the employee got the proportions wrong (3/5 were foam); when I told her about it, she replied "Well yeah, it's a cappuccino", implying I was wrong, when I certainly wasn't. The proportions were wrong.
Plus even though I got first to the line and I respectfully waited, they still started to help other customers before me, until I had to intervene and ask them to help me.
Conclusion: If you want to have a successful shop, make sure your employees are up to the challenge of being nice to customers, instead of those classic grumpy employees who can't wait for the time to close and go home.

Waited close to 30 min for our coffee and cinnamon roll. Was disappointed in how long we had to wait for a simple order. Wouldn’t suggest going if you need to be somewhere...coffee was good but not worth the wait sadly.

Great breakfast sandwiches (try it on the cheesy scone!) & coffee. Good prices.

Ryan and Austin were the best barista’s ever! These two were so hospitable making me this custom chai mate drink. It was absolutely delicious. I will always come back to Rocky Mountain Coffee Rocky Roasters instead of StarBucks!!

Bad service if you want to wait 45mins for a breakfast sandwich only for them to give it away to someone else this is the place for you. Did not aplogize the acted like no big deal. They need to hire more competent people.

Best coffee in Frisco! Also the macadamia and white chocolate chip cookie is unbelievably, mouthwateringly delicious. Best cookie of my life?? Gotta try 4-5 more to be sure...

I'm not a coffee person myself but my wife MUST stop here every time we are in the area. The entire place smells wonderful, the staff are super nice, and I'm told the coffee is amazing. She takes home several bags every trip.

This place needs to go back to the basics. Create a welcoming environment, offer hot coffee, give good service.
I like the idea of fresh air but when's 30 degrees out, close the door. We aren't apres skiing here. Nobody's got their ski gear on adding extra warmth, nobody's blood is warm after a challenging last run. My legs are freezing, my bagel is cold and my luke warm coffee is falling in temp fast.
Whatever your needs are, post-run coffee, reading a book, working
remotely, I'm not sure this place would be satisfying.
Its got a lot of potential, good location, coffee tastes artisan and my bagel is above average. But "warm" coffee and a toasted bagel that sat for 5 minutes before they served it to me aren't exactly living up to it's potential.
