I've been eating Camp Hale's food for years. The bacon is some of the best bacon I've ever had. That being said the staff could really use some lessons in customer service and what is considered an acceptable attitude towards patrons. Every time I go there's new staff... some are friendly, some are rude, and some make you feel like you're ruining their day by buying food from them. This past Sunday I bought a sandwich for lunch. It was good but while I was eating it outside at their tables the umbrella at my table blew away because it hadn't been properly secured. The umbrella blew half of my sandwich, my phone, my drink, and all my gear onto the ground. A Copper employee regretfully helped me fix the umbrella and replace my sandwich (I'm not sure why it was such an issue for this guy) and the two employees working at Camp Hale seemed like they'd rather sit around on their phones than replace half of my sandwich that was ruined because of their mistake. They wouldn't even look at me or speak to me when giving me the replacement sandwich that had no effort at all, it was just cold meat on cold bread (it was originally toasted). No apology, nothing. The girl just threw the sandwich down in front of me and ran off before I could even ask for a container to take it home with.
I hate to leave a bad review for a place I've been going to for so long but these kids working there need an attitude adjustment.

The past couple of days we've been buying the Bacon, egg and cheese croissants....they are the best ever....they also have some awesome coffees with added items if you know what I mean...I had a peppermint Patty today, hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps.....really good !!

Beware of their terrible gear, even worse return policy, and the squirrely sales guy with the glasses that can’t seem to figure out his mask situation. Dude doesn’t know anything about fitting goggles or what his inventory consists of. Horrible experience.

Great little coffee and hot coco spot right at the foot of the mountain. Breakfast muffins and bagel sandwiches were super yummy. Our fave spot for a delicious quick bite before skiing!

Comfy seating area with couches and chairs to go along with good coffee and decent lunch options. For parents of a kid not yet able to ski, this was the perfect spot to swap parenting and skiing duties.

The Camp Hale Coffee Shop is the fastest way to get fueled or refueled for hitting the slopes. Having a quick muffin or bagel and washing it down with good coffee is good strategy to get to the slopes quickly. Having a bite at Camp Hale will give you the energy to make it to the bigger meal you planned at a later time.

Quick service. Good latte. I didn't have anything to eat. I only saw outdoor seating which was fine for our quick stop.

Javier G was in a bad mood and witnessed him being rude to two groups. Very confrontational and short.

Not only coffee... the pastries are yummy but my favourite is the Camp Hale Club and at $9.95 it's a real steal!

They serve Ozo coffee which is great but wasn't brewed very well. Some service unenthused.
