Dutch Bros Coffee

Really disappointed in this location. The last two Mondays I've stopped by, my coffees have been made incorrectly. Last week, I asked for ONE extra shot and my drink tasted like they put in 5 shots. It was undrinkable and went into the trash. Today, I asked for an iced white mocha with one extra shot and the coffee was so sweet, with too much chocolate, again it was undrinkable and went into the trash. I cannot afford to keep throwing money away each week. This seems like a problem at this location if you read the other reviews. Wait times are also extremely long, especially for a drink made incorrectly. I will give this location one more chance then I'll just drive further to another location to get a coffee I can actually drink. A bonus is that staff is always nice.

Great coffee, but when you are closed for a fake snow storm my rating drops from 5 stars to 3. I mean for real how are you gonna close for it being cold.. so ridiculous 🙄

First time on the 26th of Dec… got a gift card and decided to brave the line of cars… definitely worth the wait!

The best drinks I just wish sometimes the line would move faster 25 mins with 4 cars in front of me seemed just to long.

Great new location staff is friendly and helpful. I order a custom drink when I come in (carbonator hand blended with 3 shots of espresso half&half and the wallaby flavor) a lot of the staff knows my order and that's cool. If there's a negative they are pretty busy most of the time. But their busy because they're great.

If you've never had Dutch Bros before, just make sure you're stopped/sitting down when you take your first sip.

Out of all the locations, this has to be the slowest. I understand they are right outside of fort Carson, but when you placed an order and 20 minutes goes by and you’re still in line, that’s ridiculous.

I’ve been a Dutch bros fan since high school, and I was really excited to finally have one so close to us. The wait times range between 20-45 minutes even when there is a short line no matter what day it is. If you’re on a time crunch, this definitely isn’t the location for you. I’d rather make the drive to any of the other locations just to avoid the long wait times. Customer service and drink accuracy are hit and miss as well.

Enjoy theyre drinks, prices are a little steep, the libe is ridiculous, but they do what they can to get you through. It's only because how busy they are.
