I have been here three times now and it seems the staff is a little overwhelmed. I’m sitting and waiting on an ice tea right now and it’s been 30 minutes. It’s 8:15 on a Saturday morning, they opened at 6 and the ice tea was never made. I ordered a burrito and waited for 15 minutes and finally walked up and asked about it. It was in a microwave. Obviously they forgot about it as they’re taking orders through the drive through. I think the owners need to have better managers/supervisors running this coffee shop. Right now, it’s totally operational issues. The tea, coffee, and food are good. But if they don’t get proper management, it’s going to hurt them in the long run.
Oh, my tea is ready.
Update! I’m here on Saturday, March 11 at 8am. Huge difference from my previous visit! The gentlemen running the register was great. He even brought food out to me and my wife. Yea and food were great! I notice they had less employees this time, but seemed to be way more efficient! Great job! See you next week!
We have been waiting for a long time for Ziggi’s to open, and the quality doesn’t disappoint! Prices are similar to Starbucks, and they also have a mobile app and drive through. Our drinks came out really good, I’ll definitely be a regular! Staff was very friendly which I appreciate as well!

Manager; My wife just returned from taking me to UCH Castle Rock Urgent Care. She decided to stop and buy me a 20oz Turtle for being a good boy (74yrs old). The staff on hand was let's say, "Above Outstanding". The young lady tending the Drive-Up window totally professional. "Job-Well-Done"
The staff is lovely and the wait time hasn’t been bad for me on the occasions I’ve went. They have a pretty good selection on everything except the lattes. If I wanted straight coffee with no flavor I would have made some at home.
I’ve been in a few times, and the seating area is clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi works well. Coffee was good, are usually just get drip. However, it seems that if there is no manager on duty, the employees sound like a high school room left unattended behind the counter. The drive-through seems busy, but only one or two people inside. So the level of noise from the employees was very distracting.

Coffee is great but they are inconsistent here. I was told by the owner that they offer a military discount. Some of the staff will do it and others won't. I went in yesterday and got it but today there were issues and the wifi was down yesterday and I was unable to get my rewards. I asked 2 employees and no one knew if I could use the receipt to upload rewards and I was unable to figure out how to do it on my own. As much as I love ziggs I'm not sure if I'll come back to this location.
This was my first time visiting a Ziggis Coffee and it did not disappoint! Lots of variety for coffee and non-coffee drinkers. We tried the Red Bull infusion, fresherz, burritos and cinnamon rolls and everything was delicious. They also have options for kiddos like smoothies, hot cocoa, slushies, etc. Service was very fast and friendly. So happy to have this in Elizabeth and we will be back often!
Usually pretty good but apparently they hired some people who are extremely unprofessional. They were untimely and rude when I was there, when I called after arriving home they answered the phone "hullo" with more rude behavior whilst making jokes with each other. I asked to speak with a manager and they refused to let me do so
