Best new place in town! I have been 3x in the past 3 weeks and LOVE everything about this place. The hot or cold chai, monkey bread or beef salad will not dissapointđź’™

Awful customer service, just awful. Of the 20+ times I've been here I have never been treated with respect or received decent customer service. Yesterday I asked if they had any more chicken salad available. The girl behind the counter said she would go look when another woman storms up to say "if it's not out there we don't have it" very loud and rudely. She told the girl behind the counter not to check also in a very rude tone. Admittedly they have the best sourdough bread anywhere around, but other than that it's a pretentious, over priced, ridiculous restaurant/store. The woman who was so rude is a manager type I think as she is always bossing people around. She should know staff model management's behavior because it is the culture of the organization. Hard to believe this place gets any good reviews. I'd give minus stars if I could.

Hospitable staff, awesome airy open space, nice selection if grab and go items, breads were nice and crusty

Very disappointing. They must have a new chef. The chicken pot pies used to be the best ever. Bought them recently to have for for dinner at home….$14 plus a pie and they were totally bland. There was no seasoning and some of the chicken meat was grisly. Pastry was doughy. Ugh.
We had Posole soup for lunch while we were there and it, too, was tasteless/bland. Again, no seasonings. So disappointing. The salted baguettes, however, are still very good.

Delicious pastries and wonderful eggs and yummy bacon.

Quintessential pretentious cafe. The second I walked in I was made uncomfortable and unwelcome. The ladies working completely ignored my presence as I searched for something to eat, completely blocking the food and not even acknowledging me, a customer, trying to get something. I ended up walking to the counter, where I was once again ignored by two dudes with an attitude problem. Apparently I wasn’t boujie enough to be serviced. Finally I squeezed in and got a pre made sandwich, checked out by a dude who made it seem like me making a purchases was a complete inconvenience to his existence, not a single word was spoken. The sandwich was mildly good, the cookie was trash, I didn’t even finish either of them. The drink selection was… interesting… overall this place sucked and I wouldn’t contribute to its success if my life literally depended on it.

Great food and coffee and beautiful freshly baked bread. Friday nights in the summer live music and farm dinners. Our favorite place to go up here
