One star for Friendly and attentive service. Product was disgusting. My $8 breakfast everything bagel looked like it had been compressed by a truck tire. Bagel was burnt. Egg tasted powdery and was dry. The cook skimped on the butter. The entire sandwich was tasteless. I threw it out after two bites and headed home for a real flavor. Saddest part was the place was dead.

The coffee is great with unique flavors that aren't overly sweet which I really appreciated. I got the chilli and it was flavorful without being overwhelming.

The food is also filling and completely worth the cost. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Eagle.

These local baristas really know how to throw down a great cup of coffee. Their signature drinks are equivalent to dessert. The wired yeti mama is my personal favorite. The staff is friendly and the setting is so cozy. I heard they are expanding (fingers crossed).

My all-time favorite coffee spot in the Vail Valley. They offer quality coffee, lattes, teas, and smoothies, and their food is delicious but not insanely over-portioned. I love grabbing their breakfast burritos before I go skiing in the winter. And they offer both standard and vegetarian options, plus many gluten-free treats. A definite place to check out when in Eagle!

Nice atmosphere for studying or talking 1 on 1. Located in the heart of Vail Village at Solaris, they also offer not only coffee but good teas as well. Great branding as well. The service is quite efficient.

Rude, Disrespectful, inattentive, and full of themselves. I will not Return and I suggest If youre reading this you spare yourself the pain ,and dont give these snakes a cent. Ordered online and waited the 15 minutes for my drink to be ready. Upon entrance no drinks were ready on the counter ,and the staff members were more interested in talking about people ,instead of getting orders out. I was annoyed, and the staff acted like I was a burden ,and how dare I be mad, instead of them apologizing... Ive now waited over 20 minutes for one drink, I asked for a refund and was told to leave the store without proof of refund... Cant wait for stout house to Be back open!! Again Do Not Buy these trashy Drinks and Burnt pastries!

Great coffee, wonderful staff. This is my go to when I am getting coffee.

I like the food and coffee. You feel extremely relaxed. You can converse with people, eat while watching sports on the big screen. Or take a seat on the comfy couches they have arranged there. Staff is awesome. Overall astounding location!!!
