Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches!

Great shop! The chai is AMAZING. Also, they have a big sign saying that touchless pay comes with an 18% gratuity charge- I almost didn't visit this shop because of the review saying that he was charged 18% gratuity without being asked but that guy can't read apparently. Very kind baristas.

A warm welcome would be nice. Also what kind of breakfast place puts an amount limit on what can be ordered. I can take my money elsewhere. Overall bad experience. Hope they can at least work on their customer service.

Best little coffee shop in Summit County. Linda, Paul, and Zack provide great service and a great menu. Love this place I go at least five times a week.

Enjoyed the food, Americano was solid got me the caffeine kick I needed.

We have a condo in Keystone and have been spending $50 here every weekend on coffee and breakfast. This place should be great, but the short blond hair woman (who I’m assuming is an owner or manager) is so rude, that we will not come here anymore. My wife and I have talked about her rudeness every time we’ve come here, but today was the last straw. We love to drink from their coffee mugs and she messed up our coffee order and then started pouring our coffee in to go cups. I asked if we could have our coffee poured in mugs and she said loudly “NOPE”, with a purposefully rude look, apparently because they had no more clean mugs. No apologies, or sorry, that was my mistake. Instead, a rude person being rude, just like she has been every time we’ve visited this place. The Pour House no longer deserves our money, so we’ll take our $2600 a year elsewhere.

The pour house is the optimal place to get a cup of coffee. Coffee is more than hobby, and more than an art to the folks here. Coffee is a delicate science with each bean having unique qualities that must be properly measured and accounted for.
I had a perfectly done pour over from the river rock blend. I'll be back to the pour house at the very next opportunity I get.

Good ambience, mediocre coffee. My drip coffee was very thin and the espresso was extracted charcoal. If you like starbucks, this place will be nice for you. If you have higher coffee standards however, look elsewhere.

Such a magical place. Not only great coffee, homemade food, and wifi, but the atmosphere and people who work here are warm and inviting. It's a tad off the I-70 path, but worth the detour.

If you love Starbucks, but you do not want to pay too much this is the place for you. It's fast and always has nice people working there. Great lounge area as well!!!!
