Arapahoe Cafe & Pub

Prices are a bit high but this is the mountains! Salad was great, blt had bacon cooked way too long...hard and not very tasty. Wait staff was OK, not real friendly.

Amelia loved the breakfast waffles. They were amazing. Tasted like funnel cakes. Coming back every time we visit Colorado from Pittsburgh.

I come to Silverthorne about once a year and ALWAYS make a point to come to Arapahoe Cafe (née Down Under). Wait staff is great. Love the vibe and energy. Food is great, too!

We stopped here twice on our five day stay in Silverthorne area. Loved the atmosphere, service and food. Probably the only place we can 100% stand behind and recommend of all the places we tried.

Food was great. Service was not. My bill came to $29.56, I gave Tania - cashier/waitress, $40.56. She asked if I wanted change back? I replied "yes". She brought back a 10 dollar bill.
I really dont care that she didn't give me the correct amount back, it was her attitude and demeanor towards me that made the whole experience just uncomfortable. 3 stars for food. No stars for customer service.

Great food and service. Family had full rake of BBQ Pork Ribs, was made just right, so soft and good, lots. Also had Rocky Mountain Ruby Red Trout for my son. He loved it so much it was hard to get a bit to teast. Yesterday they ran out of Steak Diane, so we are getting it today and its so good my son finished it before I managed to finish writing this review ;-) .
Waitress was very good and nice, very helpful with description of food and suggestions.

Smoked BBQ ribs. Yeah.
There were good outside seating arrangements but we decided to take our food to the beach by the lake. The ribs were thick and juicy, with the meat fell right off the bone. Substituted the fries for taters and they were awesome too. Might have to hit this place again on the way back.

We were at the pub. The place is cool and certainly small for the crowd that comes any day. We had the day special and it was good. We did not feel people were keeping their distance so, we bailed out a little earlier than we wanted.

We stopped at Arapahoe Cafe & Pub for breakfast. Every dish we ordered was wonderful from the pancakes to brioche French toast with blueberries and I customized my dish of avocado toast with bacon and tomatoes (B.A.T.). We ordered mimosas and they were delicious. Our waiter Brandon was very pleasant and helpful. The day was beautiful and we sat outside on the patio under the sunshine next to beautiful flowers. The scenery of Lake Dylan is awesome. Highly recommend stopping in and eating here and Brandon recommends coming back and hanging out at the pub as well.
