The worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. Extremely rude baristas, gave my friend and I the wrong order, and to top it off we were overcharged. Then the barista was very rude and confrontational with us when we tried to have a conversation about it. Not to mention the literal eye roll and snarky attitude when I asked if you by chance had coconut or soy milk(s).

Lattes good. Sterile hard atmosphere. Perfect baked goods. Except Chocolate Croissant that are a salt packet exactly. Bring back Cake. $10 covers Latte only.

Cool ambience, friendly staff, they care about their relationships with their coffee growers, and they make bomb lattes! I had the seasonal Auburn latte with oat milk and it was quite possibly the best latte I've ever had.

Well-made espresso, served with a sidecar of mineral water (used as a palate cleanser). The espresso had a lot of acidity, but retained it's chocolate and roasted notes.

One of the best coffee shops in Denver! Love the offerings for pour over available here and regularly purchase their beans as well. Staff is always informed and friendly.

Hands down best coffee in CO, and the best I've had in the US.

Quick, friendly service. The cortado I had was strong and delicious. My wife’s drip coffee was excellent.

As a barista at a specialty coffee shop in Milwaukee, I can attest to the excellence that is Corvus. I've been to third-wave and specialty shops all over the country and Corvus is absolutely hands down the best I've been to. The single-orgin espresso was perfectly dialed in, and the Sidra pourover was out of this world. The atmosphere was perfect for working on your laptop, or just hanging out and enjoying amazing coffee. As I was looking for retail beans to purchase, the barista came over and guided me through each farm/region that the coffee is from. Overall their passion for coffee is amazing, and the atmosphere made me want to stay for as long as possible. 11/10 my favorite coffee shop! I'll be back next time I'm in Denver. PS I wish I could remember the name of the barista who helped me pick out beans... He had black hair, glasses, and was wearing a cast on his right arm. He deserves a raise!! That guy's passion for coffee is incredible.

This was sort of an unexpected find. We met here for a tour and got a few coffees before it started. This is not a Starbucks, this is real coffee. The care they put in to one cup of coffee is amazing and I would recommend hanging out while drinking your brew.

Incredible Coffee and Incredible Service! Would make this my regular if I wasn't a Houstonian!!
