Black Rock Coffee Bar

Well I like this place. Use to get chai twice a day. But I will take a brake because I went there today with my sister because she didn’t know about this place. We ordered matcha tea with SOY MILK and I got regular milk. I don’t mind they got confused because they were busy. What made me angry and really disappointed was the way she threw me the tea and walked away. There’s better way to treat a customer. My sister and I are dairy allergy, that’s why I came back to get a new one but never thought she was going to act like that.

I’m sorry if you don’t want to work or you are angry because to much people. Just take a 5 min brake and relax! We don’t have to deal with it.

Need better customer service.

This is the best Starbux alternative in the area, and the service is always really good. The blended drinks are on the sweeter side so I usually at a shot, but I have been enjoying them this summer. All the hot lattes have been delicious. They have a few milk alternatives too.

Definitely love the coffee here. If you're looking for a quick fix, it's a great option as their staff is quick and they also have a drive through.

My only problem with this place:

If you work remotely, this place is not ideal. It's almost impossible to work here. Be prepared to stay on mute the whole time if you want to take part in Zoom meetings here.. they blast pop music pretty loud and there are only two tables with outlets to plug in your laptop charger.

During our recent visit to Denver, this was my morning goto and I am so glad I found it! Black Rock Coffee is awesome, services is top notch and the Blackout Coffee is the best cup of coffee that I have ever had! Great Job Black Rock!

Should definitely try the summer drinks, i liked the Mint Mojito Fuel. Took the drive through, lady here was helpful in picking up the drink.

Amazing coffee! It was right by my hotel, and it came in clutch. Best coffee I’ve had since I’ve been in CO. My boyfriend and I stopped on our drive back to Texas and loved this place. Drive through girl was assume and recommendations, both days we tried something different.

Bit into a nice frozen burrito ! we order two both frozen inside love that for this place then my iced latte was warm in the middle too what a weird place anyways starbucks is more expensive but atleast they know what’s ment to be hott and what’s not Waste of $22 .

Pros: Nice clean space, good coffee, lots of seating and staff that is smiling. Cons: Music can be a bit loud if you’re seated near the cashier, Internet connectivity is rather slow, there are few outlets to get some brief work done, it can get rather warm when the sun is shining through the large windows and the price of some coffees is a bit on the high side.

the fact that almost every employee walked out mid shift the other day due to terrible working conditions is all that needs to be said about how horrible this place is. blaming the employees for manager issues 🥴
