Loved the pork green chile!

Not only was the food DELICIOUS, but our server Rachel was fantastic. Service was so personable and fast, which made it even easier to enjoy the great meals. I’ll definitely be craving Colorado Grille for weeks.

The local beef burgers tasted wonderful! They were well prepared and the staff was very attentive.

Passing though and stopped here before the trek though the gulch. I got a $9 burger that must have been 1/2 lbs. everyone enjoyed the food and it came in a timely manner. Easy parking on the side of the building.

Colorado Grille is a go to! We’ve come to the restaurant several times and almost all when they are busy. Which I do feel bad about but they are always so kind and always with a smile on their face. Our server Ashly was friendly and very attentive. Justin the owner came out of his way to ask us how our experience was which My wife and I really appreciate. I highly recommend this place .

My wife and I stopped into the brewery but they didn't have food, just snacks. They suggested Colorado Grille & Tap House so we walked over and checked it out. What a great find!! Rachel was our server and suggested some great mains and my wife had a good beer. I had the Colorado Nachos with steak and she had the Texas quesadillas.. OMG! Great food and great flavors, what a nice surprise. Rachel was amazing for a server and the food came out quickly and hot, couldn't ask for better service. We will definitely be back I would like to try the other items on the menu, it looked great. Totally recommend..

Love, love, love this place! It’s always our go to place. So many great choices and never a disappointment. Carrie waited on us and she was great at checking on how things were going along with Justin (owner). Definitely give it a go.

The design of the restaurant was very welcoming. The staff & food were a good compliment to each other. I especially liked their shakes.

Reply- What kept me from giving 5 stars is that the food was a hit and miss. My daughter & son loved their food. My daughter claimed to have had the best Sriracha with??- I believe it was macaroni & cheese but can't remember. My son loved his plate as well. I on the other hand was craving nachos but wasn't impressed by them. My wife too gave her plate 3-4 stars.
We would definitely go again and try something different since overall, we were happy with our visit.
