A Daily Dose

I was blown away by the customer service here! Not sure if was the owner or the manager, but, she was the sweetest - most accommodating - helpful person on earth.

The backstory is: I was sent in to get breakfast for our hungry family, with my 15 month old on my hip. The line moved quickly, which was great.

During the wait for our order, hungry child in tow, we were given the left overs of an over pour Purple Haze. HUGE hit with the baby, and the thought and kindness of sharing from the staff went a long way.

Then, there was a miscommunication with our order. I needed two breakfast burritos, however only one was on the order ticket. They quickly went to work on making us a new one. I was blown away by the accommodation and helpfulness on a busy weekend morning.

The burritos were AMAZING!!!

We got the Purple Haze smoothie. It was as thin as water, close to room temperature and tasteless. This was right after being made. We were looking for something cold, refreshing and healthy. Never had a smoothie like this. Couldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return.

Love the Daily Dose! I go there all the time. Great coffee drinks, smoothies, breakfast burritos, and even sandwiches for lunch. Gretchen and her employees are always so friendly. Thanks ladies!

No wifi because they want people to “be here in the now.” Unique idea. But probably bad for business in a world where business (even their own) relies on connected networks of technology. “Technology for me but not for thee.” Bad business model.

The absolute best oat milk vanilla latte I have ever had anywhere.

Great latte. Unfortunately the owner rather aggressively ran us and the rest of the patrons out of the cafe for getting work down for half an hour. Only 5 of 22 chairs were taken at the time. Didn't appreciate our business. There was no signage displaying expectations. We will unfortunately not be back.

They've an espresso bar but they clearly don't know how to use it. Terrible coffee. Tastes burnt and the milk on the latte was awful. Also the prices listed were $4.25 and $4.75 and yet the latte was $5.75. Would not go again. Perhaps their other offerings are better. I did not try them, but if you're looking for a good coffee I wouldn't recommend.

I wanted to like this place, but I was pretty disappointed. I got the Butte-I-ful salad which was supposed to come with root veggies and creamy cashew dressing. The root veggies were literally just a few shredded carrots. The dressing was balsamic. So basically it was a bland house salad for $12. The smoothie was good, but also overpriced.

I love A Daily Dose! It is the prefect spot to grab coffee and meet a friend. I’m obsessed with the jungle boogie smoothie! The staff are all friendly and wonderful. You can’t go wrong!
