Under new management and you can actually use the drive thru. Yay!

First walking in, you always get greeted by an employee. The employees that have been there a while are usually the friendliest, and fastest. Sometimes they have they're bad days, where they make you feel uncomfortable, but that happens.
Recently they've been only putting one scoop of guacamole on footlong sandwiches and I finaly asked why they were doing that but the new guy couldn't answer me.
Subway is always expensive so just look to spend money. They have good lemonades and different teas there now that are very tasty.

Went in today and when waiting in line the guy that was starting the sandwiches was very rude to all the customers. Instead of saying “Hi, what would you like today?”, he said “what do you want” like first of all I want to be treated nicely. Us customers are the ones that help you get a paycheck so maybe next time ask nicely and smile. I understand lunch rushes are stressful but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude. You need to work on your customer service skills. I honestly hope a higher up goes in and sees how their employees treat the customers.

My sandwich on the other hand was okay. The vegetables were a little brown so I had to take some off but other than that it was okay.

The aroma of fresh baked bread captivates you first thing inside these doors. Then the bright, clean and inviting dinning area guarantees this to be a good lunch. I have received courteous, fast and enjoyable services from the folks working here, anytime of day I stopped for a sandwich.

Usually food comes out perfect. Today went to get subs for dinner. Our sons 6 in meatball was done as ordered. Mine and my wife's sub on the other hand was supposed to have extra meat and cheese but when we opened it it was made like a regular steak and cheese.

Thankfully upon bringing it back a new sub was made as originally ordered at no extra charge.

Subway as a brand is terribly run and managed, but this one isn't bad. It has a drive-thru! Sandwiches are as expected.

This place was worth it last year. But about the last 7 to 10 visits I have had there have been horrible. I'd rather eat McDonald's because their service sucked so bad. If you want to wait in the drive through for 35 minutes to get a sandwich you didn't order that was poorly made, pay for things you don't actually receive, pretty much promise that you will need to go in for a second trip to fix the mistakes made, just to get a bad attitude /arguement about how they were right and you were wrong and poor customer service overall from the employees, then this is the place for you. I really wished they had someone in there who cared. It would make a huge difference. :( Craig Subway has officially lost a fan.

So first of all the food is good. The food hit the spot perfectly. However the employee attitudes did not. When checking out my accomplice and I were left at the register, waiting for an employee to ring us up while the completed sandehiches piled up behind out order. The girls working were not friendly and were all scowling into the sandwhich prep line.

After we finished our meal, we completed the survey for two free cookies. So after leaving a good review despite the questionable employee attitudes, I went to the Express checkout to collect my cookies.
Its noteworthy that I have been a subway regular for over five years and have never experience this at any location across colorado or utah. The woman checking out told me I had to go to the back of the long line to redeem the cookies. She said "You need to go to the back of the line", in a very rude tone. I said "but they're free?" To which she responded "you have to wait like everyone else" in the same rude tone. I decided to walk out because I do not respond to pettiness.

I completely understand being in her shoes, I worked at a very busy corporate Subway for over a year. The fact that she actively chose to be rude when she could have simply taken the receipt and given me the cookies speaks multitudes about the atmosphere of this location.

I'm leaving this in Hope's that the manager or owner will get in touch with the crew working 5.23.19 and address the customer service problem I experienced today.

Staff made sandwiches loaded with meat and veggies. No skimping! They did well managing a large order ahead of us and acknowledging our wait.

I am posting this on behalf of my sister:

There is a 1 Star for good reason from me. I was in the drive-thru trying to put my order on the screen. I managed to get the first sandwich completed, but as I was trying to put in my second order on the screen it only gave me the option of a “wrap”. I pressed the help button to see what I should do. Instead of the woman hearing me out I got a blunt “just pull up to the window”. Since this woman told me to pull up to the window I did not complete my order at the screen. When I got up there I explained what was going on at the screen. She said she would go ahead and get my order there at the window. Between my sister being indecisive and her having such a hard time hearing, it made it impossible order. I told her it would probably be easier for her if we just went inside. She agreed. We parked and went inside. I started to redo my order (since I did not finish at the drive-thru) when the same woman from the drive-thru came around and told the man not to take my order. I was puzzled and asked why. She said that she just threw my sandwich away, so she demanded that we leave. I am 23 years old and I am not one to make a scene in public (even though I had the right to), so my sister and I left not looking to come back here again.

It is unfortunate that this woman was not able to hear her customers out because of a few misunderstandings, and that her customers were following her directions only to be rejected service. I work in customer service myself, and this is a good example of how to lose business. It is sad that we received such poor service from a once favorable establishment.
