Waited 10 minutes in line behind a single car who, after the first 7 minutes decided to finally order her ONE DRINK. Then after waiting for 10 minutes there was no acknowledgment about the ridiculous wait or the lack of order taking by someone NOT inside. At least two cars behind me left before I got to the window. Literally throwing money out of the window. At least 3 people inside.
Very disappointed!! We waited 30 minutes in line only to get a “white mocha” (requested with milk instead of chocolate milk) that tastes like coffee flavored milk instead of a white mocha. It doesn’t taste like coffee or white chocolate. The lady taking our order should learn some customer service as well. Overall horrible experience.
having grown up in southern oregon where dutch bros originated i was very disappointed to wait almost 30 minutes in line behind 6 cars and had multiple cars served their drinks and able to leave before ever being served. was so disappointed to go to this dutch bros and have such a horrible experience where the staff too was so rude, unprofessional and unorganized.
As someone who’s an Oregon native & grew up with Dutch bros I appreciate the culture at this stand. The crew is always extremely friendly & the drinks are great. They are constantly striving to improve in anyway they can, and as a new stand, it’s noticeable and admirable ! My new go-to Dutch bros stand.
I've been going to the 104th and US 85 location since it has opened. I just want to say, everyone who works there is awesome. Siri, the assistant manager is the most awesome person I have ever met. These young people that work there are all the best. They are well mannered and treat me with the upmost respect. I cannot remember all of their names, but I do know at least 15 of them by there name. When I drive up, 90% of the time they are working on my drink before I even get out of my vehicle. I feel like family when I am there. There are a few of them that will be leaving this year and I am really going to miss them, but I wish all of them the best in life.
Waited almost 45 minutes, they let three cars go ahead of us even though we got there 10 minutes prior to them. Staff looked at us and walked inside, then 10 minutes later one person came out who skipped us. The car last in the line got their drinks first, then two cars in front of us, then finally ours. Server spilled my drink on my hand and straws without apologizing. Everyone was rude, unorganized, and just super unprofessional. Definitely worth it to make the trip 20 minutes down the road to the other dutch bros, will not be returning to this one.
Had a great experience! They were super busy but the crew worked their hardest to get thru the line. The runner didn’t know how to put my order in but got help from the manager and my drink was made super well. The crew was friendly and took the time to talk with us even though they were slammed.
Ordered a hot coffee and a blended frozen both did not taste good at all and we paid extra for whip cream and had to ask for it when drinks were given to us the cup on the frozen was almost filled to the top so there was no room for whip cream but they put a little under the lid asked for xtra Carmel sauce and didn’t get any idk what they made me but it was horrible. Also ordered a muffin top that was basically throw to us and it was frozen …. Don’t know if they are all learning or what but when I pay $18 for 2 coffees that didn’t even taste like coffee and a frozen muffin too I don’t see any value and also waited in line for 38 mins. I think you can do better Dutch Brothers
They are doing so great! So happy this location opened near me and they are doing awesome for being so new! I always understand the wait because it is so popular and people are excited, as I am.
Came in right before closing last night and was greeted with amazing customer service by 3 young men that made our drinks incredible, but even better made a really hard night for our family (we put my brother to rest) just a little brighter. Starbucks who?
