Third Space Coffee

This is a nice coffee shop, big but still feels cozy. I definitely feel like I could spend the whole day here. The coffee and the service were very good, but the breakfast burrito I got was just okay. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying some other things on the menu.

Sometimes Great Coffee, but the employs are terrible. My mother came here a few months ago and she got her purse stolen which had more than $500 and important cards. We talked to them about the situation but they seemed not to care. We also filed a police report and they would not let us see the recordings of the cameras. We still have 0 responses from the store about the stolen purse. We are starting to think that the employee's were the ones who stole it. Although this event we still came here time to time and still aren't happy about this place. They would spill coffee, mix orders ,take so long and I feel like they don't know what they're doing. We are for sure not coming back. We would rather go to wayfinder coffee.

I will preface this by saying an attempt was made to make up for the poor service but it does not excuse the service received.

When entering on a Saturday about an hour after opening, it was clear that it was chaotic and slow as a line was nearly out the door. We went here because it said it had a kids play area. It did but the entire place was fairly chaotic.

I have several issues that came up.

I ordered three steamers for my kids. I specifically said kids steamers. They were served about 15 minutes after ordering and were much above a child’s temp to where my kids couldn’t consume them upon receiving them.

Approximately 3-5 minutes later my wife received her mocha which had a good flavor piping hot.

It took 40 minutes to receive our 4 breakfast sandwiches and one breakfast burrito.

It took 45 minutes to receive a lukewarm pour over coffee which the beans I ordered were not in stock and I didn’t find out until 20 minutes after ordering. Also, if the beans are not available, and I paid $8.50 for that pour over, why would you offer me a cheaper pour over?

I fail to understand if a person can tell the temp is not where it should be, I know because I make pour overs all the time, why they wouldn’t remake the drink. The person that gave it to me appeared to not be a new worker.

The staff gave me three coupons for free drinks and a free pastry at the end of it all. While this was nice, it doesn’t make up for the poor service. I give it two stars for tasty breakfast sandwiches and a tasty mocha and a decent steamer apart from the temp. I’m perfectly willing to update my review if I have a better experience.

Love the atmosphere of this place. No pressure, relaxing vibe and absolutely amazing drinks and food. I’ve tried a little of everything and have yet to taste something that was just average!

Friendly, energetic staff and a cute, hip place to hang out and chat. Will definitely be back.

This is one of those places that let you sit back and just enjoy your beverage. No pressure and the coffee, teas are great.
Tables are not jammed in for maximum occupancy which I really appreciate

They are such a great place to grab a snack and hang out or meet up for a meeting. Love that place!

Fabulous place! Delicious omelets, great coffees and great sandwiches and pastries as well. A nice children's room on the side and the kids are never bored......love this place!

Coffee flight & food were excellent. Will definitely be coming back!
