Apparently I stood in the wrong line (went to the cashier counter)for my burrito order, rather than anyone immediately telling me I was in the wrong line some teenage girl ...proceeded me do the dah thing loud enough for me to see it and witness it (working in the kitchen not even a server)

Every time I come to Carbondale I eat here. I love their mole. It's made fresh daily! Also they have some awesome Java and snacks as well. Top notch service Everytime

The staff could use some customer service training which is surprising when you work for tips! It’s polite to say thank you and communicate with your customers. My bagel was burnt. Nice setting and atmosphere.

Tasty BLT and wrapulopolis burrito. We had some Arizona tea with it. Staff was prompt and respectful with a friendly atmosphere.

My friend and I were so excited to start our archery challenge day with a burrito from Dos Gringos. I was happy until I walked in. I asked the guy making burritos a question and he snapped at me for not ordering by the coffee bar. Which is very confusing because the first thing you see is a big menu to the back of the restaurant. Then they get angry when you walk back there instead of ordering at the coffee bar. The burrito was good except the potatoes were hard and not cooked. This is literally the first time I've ever not left a tip. Their attitude ruined my day, I won't be back.

This place has been a long time favorite for the drive between Crawford/SW Colorado and the Front Range and the burritos and bagels and espresso are excellent! Last week, I left my wallet on the counter (really needed a double espresso), and didn't realize it until I made it back to Golden. When I called, DGB said it was there, intact, all cards and cash still safe and they would hold it in the office. The next day, they took it to the post office and mailed it to me. Voila! Had it two days after I'd forgotten it and did not have to cancel my cards, license, and all the rest. What a relief and what amazing customer service! Thanks, that was really above and beyond. Customer for life, if I weren't already.

Tried multiple burritos, every time it was delicious. Great place for a quick bite. Everything seems to be locally sourced. I would recommend a large burrito because the portions do seem small. Other than that,I recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty quick bite, you will not be disappointed.

One of my favorite places. For myself it’s a treat to be able to go here because of the price. Don’t get me wrong. They are well worth the price. I have always been treated great by the staff and the food has always been great. Tonight was different. The lady behind the counter making my food was very short and rude. She acted or made me feel like I was not welcome. The cashier was very pleasant. I hope the tip I left goes to her. Other than that I have always enjoyed going too Dos Gringos. Never had their coffee. So I can’t comment on that.

If you are looking for bad service, mediocre coffee and expensive tiny burritos, this is the place for you. When I walked in, I was greeted with enthusiastic staff, which I appreciate. However, the cashier at the coffee bar was hard to understand. The girl that poured by coffee just needs some help understanding customer service. Then I waited for my burrito. Watched the lady call out other people’s names in front of me and give them their food. Then she put a burrito on the counter and didn’t say anything. A few minutes later I walked over and asked if it was for me and she said yes. I unwrapped my tiny $8 burrito, and my first bite was all salsa and tortilla. Salsa was very flavorful, however not very appetizing by itself. The rest of the burrito was tasty, but with a tiny amount of meat and large chunks of potatoes. Overall this looks like a fun place and I give it a 10 for atmosphere and marketing. However I will not be back because there has to be other places that want my business.

The service isn’t what it used to be and I experienced food poisoning on two separate occasions .
First time it was from their pastry selection and the second time from a breakfast burrito. Both times where almost immediately after I ate their food... I reached out the second time because I didn’t want to make a deal of the first time ... no one called me back. The gentleman on the phone was nice and sounded concerned- he wasn’t the owner. He took my number and said he’d have the owner call me.
I used to love this place - now I’ll never go back or recommend Dos Gringos. I’m loyal to restaurants that care about their customers.
Horrible customer service, would never recommend this place to anyone.
