Bonfire Coffee

Great drinks, food tastes good and is priced well. But please, chef’s, make my food and stop talking to everyone that walks in the door.

Excellent coffee, nice ambiance. Purchased an omelet to go as well. Didn't have time to linger but happy with this find. Prices are like California. A bit of a morning crowd but quick service unlike some places I know at home. Coffee art a plus. Now that I've eaten the omelet, downgraded a point. Too much salt, a bit overcooked and the avocado on top was not ripe yet it was brown streaked... I still ate everything but the omelet really needs to improve!

My family & I had breakfast here 3 mornings in a row. Truly can't say enough about how delicious the local food and coffees are. The chef does an amazing job of right proportions and cooking eggs. Love the croissant egg sandwiches with all the fixings. Perfection !!!! Our daughter loves the OM bagel sandwhich. They really care about their product and very hard working staff. We're so appreciative as the warm, super tastey food that sustains us until mid-afternoon! We always make Bonfire a priority to patronize when we go to Carbondale. Thank you !!!

Get the bonfire sandwich every time. It's drop dead. They have great service, a menu with lots of variety, serve breakfast and lunch. If you like the coffee... Good news! You can purchase it by the bag. All kinds of different blends. The atmosphere is warm, rustic and inviting with a lot of space but cozy feel. Awesome place to spend a morning or after noon.

Loved this beautiful cafe, their smoothies, banana bread and chicken panini were our favorite. They have fast wifi and quite spots in back , which helped us get our work done.

They are still playing Covid games.
They think a mask will protect people.
You can’t even sit down and enjoy your coffee inside. Maybe you should have some common sense, not be a sheep and believe everything you hear from Fauci. At least the coffee is good.

Great staff, great coffee. 👍 showed up for a quick coffee stop half an hour before closing on a Sunday. Wasnt rushed to order and finish. Coffee and food were both as I requested.

This family owned cafe with ethically sourced artisanal roasts (so many to choose from!) is a perfect example of a business thriving with love, diligence and masterful product creation.
Awesome staff and great clientele are the cherries on top.

Great tasting coffee! They also have breakfast and lunch food, specially drinks, and baked goods. I only got the drip coffee, but it was very good. You can also get pour over coffee if you prefer. There's space to sit inside and there's a nice atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly.
