I grew up in the area and cabbage pockets were a staple. I didn't hate them, didn't love them. I decided to pick up a couple from this bakery, and WOW, they are fantastic. Also grabbed a cinnamon roll which was great.

The cabbage pockets are delicious. Bought extra to take home Pastries look wonderful too.

We camped overnight in Brush, Colorado and noticed this shop when we strolled through town in the evening. We decided to stop for some breakfast goodies on our way out of town, and are glad we did! My husband had the cabbage roll and loved it, simple, fresh and tasty. We split a cinnamon roll and a maple walnut roll, and oh my goodness, we’re they delicious! The maple walnut roll was buttery and tender, with a lightly sweet maple glaze sprinkled with chopped nuts…it was to die for! The cinnamon roll was also buttery and tender with cream cheese frosting and was also very tasty. Slavinka Food in Brush is definitely worth a stop off of I-76 on your way through Colorado. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Distinct and delicious selections! The excellent sweets, coffees and smoothies are a gem and treat (pun intended) in such small community.

My husband brought home macarons, a lemon bar, an almond croissant with some kind of sweet curd, little shell shaped cookies filled with gooey goodness, and a waffle stick that I just dipped in my coffee this morning. Everything was beyond amazing. The lemon bar was one of the very best I’ve ever had! I look forward to our next trip through Brush! This place will become a must stop for us!

My Sister and I stopped for lunch today after visiting our Mom at Eben Ezer. We were so happy to see Bella assisting with our order. We both ordered a cabbage pocket...Sister ordered an original and I one with green Chile. I must say, mine was one of the best, most delicious Cabbage pocket I have ever had. I bought a half dozen to take home. I look forward to depleting their supply once again when I am in Brush. Their cabbage pockets are classic and delicious. I am not kidding...they are that good.

I have loved this bakery for awhile now but I really do need to push myself to try things I might not normally try. I had the Chicken Mango Avacado salad and a piece of blueberry cheesecake and I can only say that the salad was delicious and completely guilt-free and the blueberry cheesecake.........I am literally "GODSMACKED". Olga you are truly, truly talented and I think I love you man!!! I will be back more often I think, for more than just cinnamon rolls and lemon bars. This is really one of those sweet little places that anyone traveling and passing through should be finding on their map of gems as well as the locals. Not sure how many of the locals patronize but I think many, many are missing out on the treasures there. Anyone says its expensive, well look at your McDonald's and Wendy's lunches and compare to hers....You really do get what you pay for and if you understand that line, I don't need to explain it to you. I am absolutely stunned at how good that cheesecake was, the salad, simply fantastic and absolutely healthy, guilt-free. If you haven't stopped in to try something then you must be someone who doesn't support their community and if you don't go back again and again, I think there might be something wrong with you. Bravo Olga, Bravo....Can't wait to see what other delights I can try on the next trip...........
