Mountain View Coffee Bar

I'm probably not the best to review a coffee shop as I don't drink the stuff. However, my wife is a big fan and she liked Cabin Coffee. I had an apricot smoothie that was recommended and it was excellent. My daughter had a mocha frappe and it was great. Nice atmosphere and easy to find.

The roast tasted way too bitter, like burnt.

Great coffee, had the Cortado, super strong and delicious. Music choice playing was a bit much, would recommend a more neutral music choice.

I have been here every time that I have been to Breckenridge and the coffee and coffee drinks are phenomenal. The drinks with the white coffee, like the Palomino, are amazing. They seem to have a milder and smoother flavor.

The staff was very nice and the service was very prompt.

I would really recommend stopping in to the Cabin Coffee Co to have a white coffee drink while in Breckenridge. It should be noted, as it is on the menu, the white coffee drinks are highly caffeinated.

I rarely leave reviews ( I think I’ve done maybe 2 over the last years), but I have to say the service here was just terrible. The drinks were okay, nothing special but also not anything terrible, but the service is awful! We were with a group, and the gal taking my friend’s order of an oatmilk latte sweetened with honey didn’t know if they could even make that, and I seriously questioned if she was high when I placed my order she seemed so spacey. Lastly, a barista told one of the dads in our group watching the kids to “be quite!” In a pretty darn cranky tone of voice. I’m a brick and mortar business owner myself, and have a story or two to tell about customers being obnoxious or disrespectful in our shop, so I get that you have to be aware of what’s going on...but I can also tell you that the kids in our group were less noisy than the large fan they had going at the door, and were all sitting patiently in chairs waiting. We’re a very conscientious group of adults with well behaved kids. I personally get compliments from strangers on a regular basis on how well behaved my kids are. The way in which he was spoken to was unprofessional. Here’s my review, because I do believe we vote with our dollars, and the things I’ve mentioned here are important to me when I am considering visiting a business.

Lunch was sold out but decent coffee.

Regardless of other reviews this one of the worse coffee places ever. When we went in there were 3 employees talking and ignored that we were there...we had to finally ask someone for help. They got the order wrong but it didn't matter so it was terrible. The bagel was stale was there was very little cream cheese. The bagel sandwich wasn't edible. There was very little coffee in the large latte. Either the coffee was too weak or they were too lazy to make it correctly. I would look for another place for breakfast.

Kevin..I'm not sure why my Latte and Bagel was so bad when most everyone else had a positive review. I would think that drinking weak coffee was a Colorado style but I the Lattes I had elsewhere where so much better. Even the shop at Mesa Verde National Park. Maybe it was the barista or what I ordered.
