Mimi & Pin churros and donuts

Absolutely stellar service! The owner was super helpful and incredibly friendly, as well as very proud of what they create. It's always fun to meet people passionate about their craft. The churros, waffles, and coffee were delicious, and the little restaurant space is very welcoming. This place is a gem!

We come here every time we're in town and there is always a warm welcome, no matter how busy they are! So amazing hospitality and just as good desserts. Thank you for your kindness and amazing churros

The churros were delicious, especially the stuffed ones. The service was not great, however. The lady behind the counter was rude to us and every other customer while we were there.

Churros were delish. I did like all them but do not miss the one filled with nutella. It was my favourite one!
The quality was so good , they remind me the churros I used to eat en Spain.
Also the owner was so lovely. We really enjoyed visiting Mimi&Pin

Let me just say the service here was spectacular. And OMG the inside of the cafe was ADORABLE. They make a great Latte, they’ll add an extra espresso shot & they have almond milk option. Moving onto the churros - light and flaky yet deeply decadent. Warm, sweet and full of authentic flavor.

Delicioso! Highly recommend! Service was excellent. Coffee and cocoa + churros + family on a rainy day = lasting memories.

I wish I could give -5 stars. This place was absolutely horrible. I ordered Churros but I still don’t know what I was actually given. I still cannot believe the girl handed me a pile of thick, crusted, near blackened, curly bread. It was obviously days old, stale, cold.... everything a true churros is NOT! Save yourself the waste, do not go here!!!!

The staff were very kind by offering us a sample of their hot chocolate and a mini churro for dipping. Both were amazing! The hot chocolate is thick and creamy, none of that thin Swiss Miss. Churros are perfect. We tried their full range and while my favorite are the traditional the kids loved the chocolate filled. The atmosphere is charming and cozy so make sure you plan some time to sit inside and enjoy.

Excellent churros but very expensive but I think everything is expensive in Breckenridge/ Colorado. I tried all three types of churros but in my opinion the Custard and Nutella filled were best. They were fresh and warm.
