I Scream Gelato

Some of the best ice cream I’ve had. Great toppings and ice cream flavors.

So good I ate most of it but oh well

My suggestion.... Taste as many flavors as you can.. You won't be disappointed🍦🍦

Ice cream/ gelato is thick and creamy the people are very kind and accommodating. Ten out of ten highly recommended!!!

Awesome & friendly staff. Even turned on a Disney soundtrack so the kids could dance while enjoying deserts!

The Gelato was very tasty, it is pretty sweet though. It served as the perfect treat on our downtown walk.

We were excited to go to this place this evening after dinner. Don't get me wrong, the Gelato was decent but the customer service could use some major improvement. I didn't receive a single smile from the blonde girl (who strongly looked like she didn't want to be there) when greeted or when placing in my order. I was told I was only allowed to try/taste 2 samples of flavors - which has never been my experience at other shops, where I'm encouraged to sample as many as I want. I didn't care for the 2nd flavor as much but again, I wasn't "allowed" to try another one, so I just randomly chose another flavor I thought might be good? My sister quickly asked me what flavors I got but then I was barked at with a frustrated "Ma'am?!" to go make payment.

I would totally understand all of the above if it was busy but the store was dead....We live in the area, so I really wanted to like this place but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope the owner will change the sample policy and either follow-up and coach the employee on her attitude or at least hire people that treat their customers nicely. 2 samples, two stars.

It was so creamy!!! Delicious gelato! We showed up like 5 minutes before close, and the woman working there was still super kind & helpful. Great experience.

The kids absolutely love I scream Gelato in Breckenridge. My family comes to Breckenridge every year to visit family and one of our favorite things to do is visit all of the local ice cream shops as well as other eateries. If you are in Breckenridge and have not tried this particular ice cream shop I can say that I’d highly recommend a visit.

Delicious coconut Gelato, and I've never had the option of a matcha cone before. Fantastic.

Great gelato, but a bit pricy. Costumer service is good, and the store is nicely decorated.
