Any place that heats their burritos up with a panini press is a winner. Tasty apple cider with chai as well

Coffee is excellent. Service is bizarrely indifferent. It’s not uncommon to have four or five staff behind the counter and even if there is no one in line it takes them 5 minutes to call on you to take your offer. Then 10 minutes to get your coffee. Run like a commune.

Ozo is so much more than the typical starbuk$ (I spelled it wrong on purpose. The baristas are real people, not robots posing as people.

The coffee is wonderfully delicious and always options on beans. They also have a wonderful gallery which rotates local artists in. Great atmosphere for a group or a solo study session.

I recommend the nitro with an espresso shot, strong hearty and yummy.

Ozo coffee tastes comfortably fine. Ozo is a great local brand and their beans are also well known for fair trade and organic.

I've been a customer at Ozo Coffee (the one on West Pearl) for years and can say it is consistently awesome. The staff are friendly, the coffee is delicious, nice little touches abound, and it's not too loud. I worked as a barista for 3.5 years and love coffee-- this place is top-notch. Thank you Ozo!! Big love

Got a hot coffee and chai tea here which were both very good. Unique flavors and the service was great.

I wouldn’t normally rate coffee shops, but the complete offering here is fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable and well-trained. The espresso drinks a very well done and fast. The food choices are all very good and lean towards the healthy. It is right by the bus stop making it convenient to hop in and out for a cup.

I don't know why it has taken me so long to review this place considering that I have had so many good days here. This is, in my opinion, the best coffee shop in Boulder. I have been to most of the coffee shops in Boulder and can have this opinion without being guilty of sample size problems. Topher, the manager and a friend of mine, is a kind soul in a sea of indifference, so I take great joy in talking with him. The rest of the staff are great too whenever I get a chance to get to know them. Their coffee and tea are wonderful and I believe some of their decaf products use the Swiss water process, meaning that you are really getting decaf, not caffeine lite, like some Seattle chains. The Wi-Fi works great for my needs. However, it would be nice not to have to log back in all the time. If sign in were needed, say, every couple of hours, that would be great, but I'm sure they have a reason for the way it is. Justifiably, I have mentioned this place in the acknowledgements of my dissertation, as I have written so much of it there. Keep up the good work, Ozo West! Keep attracting us educated flies. Oh, and I know it might sound like it, but no one asked or put me up to this kind of glowing review. I am personally compelled by consistently good experience.

Best-tasting coffee in Boulder.
Seriously, if you want an authentic Boulder experience, grab a drink at Ozo and enjoy the ample people-watching opportunities on their patio
Amazing baristas!! I've been coming in just during my short visit (being displaced by the wildfires in Oregon) and Sophie and Will have been sooo nice and hospitable!! They are friendly and chill and just good vibes to be around. There are lots of places to grab coffee on pearl street but the people who work at them are what give places soul.
5-stars, standing ovation all-around. Thanks for being an integral part of Boulder!

I love this place! The code is excellent, and the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I've been coming here for a few months, and I've had consistently great experiences every time. The pour over coffee is good, and they rotate the beans, so there's always something new to try. I also buy the beans to make coffee at home. I think they have the best coffee in Boulder.
