Best coffee I've had from a chain shop, with lots of different flavors to try. There's a very cozy and friendly atmosphere that makes it perfect for hanging out or getting some homework done

Good service poor drink. I took my kids in to get a smoothie. Only one option which was blueberry pomegranate. I got a large to split and it was awful. My kids and I couldn't drink more than a couple of sips and we just threw it out. It was $6. Would not recommend this drink. We were on our way to a movie so didn't make a big deal of it with any of the staff.

My favorite place to grab an iced coffee! Staff is really friendly too.

My go to location. Alva is my girl!!! Miss the old crew. Drink's are still good but customer service is not the same. Previous crew took the time to get to know the Regulars and their Drinks. Just not the same anymore. But i will continue to come here because Coffee Bean beats starbucks any day!!

Great chain coffee place. The place is bigger than the Starbucks in uptown and the coffee is much better. The pumpkin chai ice blended is like drinking a pumpkin pie. The atmosphere is very chill and is perfect for studying. The tables are spread out enough to not feel claustrophobic.

I was in this coffee shop for about 2 hours working and every time I tried to use the restroom there are homeless people holding the restroom I could not use the restroom the whole time this is ridiculous you need to do something about this. This is a new update: both of your restrooms have been closed for over a week now, that's why your coffee shop have been empty lately and I bet your sales are down. Just in case you're wondering. All the students who do their homework there and the people who do their paperwork are looking for other coffee shops in the area to go to where there's an open restroom. It doesn't take a week to clean up a restroom or fix any Plumbing problem. There is either poor management or lack of communication between the staff and the GM who's not always there.

Vary said this place used to be nice after a couple recent visits a rude gentleman behind the counter aggressively told my lil little sister that she needed to keep her mask on as she was on adjusting it ... After I realized what had happened I noticed he had a hat on for a vary racial organization ..sad to see this establishment go this way

It’s crazy how one of your employees could say I need a different facial covering next time but couldn’t even make my order right. Makes me remember why I stopped going to this mediocre chain. Would have loved the extra dirty chai I order!

Good service. Good coffee. Music was too loud, as I was trying to get caught up on some emails and it was pretty distracting. Ordered a toasted bagel with butter. The butter was rock hard and impossible to spread on the bagel.

The pumpkin cheesecake that I picked up had a lot of visible mold on top of it, and when I asked for an iced coffee, I might as well ask for a snow cone, there was that much ice and hardly any coffee. The service is excellent and professional, but you have to check your food for mold.
