Hard Rock Cafe

The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because of our rude waitress... The manager of the busboys were great and provided excellent customer... Our waitress pretended as if she didn't speak any English... I'm a pretty open person... I thought I was being considerate and understanding, no big deal slight miscommunication/ language barrier... Our waitress was rude at best. She would not acknowledge us... She did not ask us if we need anything she would look in our direction and avoided us at all cost.... Most of the time we could not find her... When we did finally see her she was very happy, friendly, & attentive towards all her other guests. This one on throughout our meal. Needless to say I start to get pretty upset. This is my first time seeing young lady. I have never had an interaction with her until that day. After speaking with a very understanding manager...he addressed our concerns immediately... The waitress her behavior changed almost instantly and her ability to grasp the English language was amazing... She sounded like a valley girl from California (lol).🤣.. As a token of our appreciation we gave our tip to the Busboy... Why? Because he treated us like human beings... Because of them, the manager & the busboy I would definitely go to Hard Rock Casino Buffet but I will never sit with that waitress again... There was no reason for her to treat us so poorly... Anyone else would have been fired...🤔🤔🤔

Popped in just because I've never been. So , the time was 11:15 am and was not crowded at all. Ordered a beer at the Cafe and played Duces wild , not much of a gambler , just scoping things out. I did notice Crab and Lobster all you can eat for $ 54. And change, Sunday i think best time to go. See ya'll there .

Good, but small, casino with good payouts on the slots. Very pretty architecture. Attendants were a little slow.

The “buffet” was a joke! Undeniably the worst buffet I have ever gone to :(

The only thing nice was the lobster—-even that was a little rubbery. The “Italian” food was (only) pizza. The “asian” food was only fried won tons. Average prime rib.

Overall, the buffet is VERY overpriced at $60/p

It took well over an hr. to finally receive our food (a small $20 burger with bland “seasoned” fries and a ridiculously overdone steak w/eggs and tater tots that looked like they just came out of the freezer) while people all around us (who arrived after us) were seated, several received their food/drinks and some even finished eating their meals. Our waiter never offered to bring us more water or a second cocktail (with empty glasses sitting there forever) until we were done eating and trying to get our bill so we could finally leave to head over to the concert venue. The only apology from our waiter was a quick “sorry” after I had asked another waiter what was up because our waiter was so M.I.A. All in all, this took around 90 mins. Next concert here, we’ll eat somewhere else first.
To top things off, within hrs.of this meal my husband was kept up during the night with terrible symptoms of food poisoning. This was our worst dinning out experience in decades..

I love the atmosphere and the games. Most of the staff are friendly. They need to have more servers. The server's need to speak up more that they are there to get drinks for you because there's no self serve.

decent selection of slots and tables but getting a drink can be difficult. not a lot of waitresses and you have to order from the machine your playing at. Payout ratio is pretty good.

Honestly I really hope that nobody else got treated the way I did because Let me tell you, the staff security stuff especially needs a lot of training. I am 47 years old I've been coming to hard rock since it's Open. Never had a single issue. Until yesterday. 1st of all before I even came insideI was approached by gentlemenTrying to sell me tools, Then once inside I was approached by lady trying to sell me "gold" jewelry. Why does this even happen isn't it the job of the security staff to be on top of this. Well apparently not because the security rather harass paying customers Then handle loiters. But according to a Very out of shape and pretty overweight security person Nick, They rather do a random ID checks. well I am 47 years old So the reasoning for an id check Had pretty much 0 merit. Regardless He felt apparently I looked Underage. He check my driver's license then ask me for my personal identification card. Checked that found a small crack in it and Informed me that my ID was not valid and I was trespassing. Wow! I mean I was so shocked I actually thought somebody was playing a prank on me. But no No comedy there He was 100% serious and when I ask to see his manager he informed me that The the manager Will not listen to me but simply will call the police And have me arrested for treszpassing. I really hope nobody else has this horrific experience but if they did please speak up I really hope nobody else has this horrific experience but if they did They should speak up because this has to stop. Nice new casino.. payouts???? I. Didn't play alot . But definitely clean and a great Atmosphere, and unfortunately a lot of smoking

The casino computers were down during my visit and I was unable to use the promotional cash return which when it new cards issues came up, was not even loaded to me and another person's card. We had to leave without the play promotion.

This place is beautiful all the memorabilia decorating the walls throughout the whole casino and hotel. In the bars restaurants ,ballroom and restrooms as well. The design and amenities of the rock shop,the hard Rock Cafe are stunning, the flow of the entire building is fabulous plenty of space in the parking isles walkways and restrooms location is greatly accessible. Elegant set up with the fancy ATM s built in visibly located as well as the kiosks. All table locations are precisely located for easy access and flow and plenty of room in the isles which provide wheelchair access as well. Fantastic design and layout I give to who created this place two thumbs up!
