Cuppy's Coffee & More

I've been going here twice a day sometimes for the last year. The drinks are great but since the morning staff hasn't had the owner with them they have become increasingly impolite. The same young lady who used to work with the owner is now training new employees So that's scary. There's far to many other coffee shops. I will now be giving them my morning business. I will however continue going in the afternoon that's when you will get the best drinks and customer service around!

I have to say that they make a pretty good ice vanilla chai. The only thing that drives me crazy about this place is that three out of five times I have pulled off the in-town highway to get there, it has been closed. It may have just been my luck, but that is pretty bad odds. For that I shaved off a star.

Whoever was working today (5/16/2019 @ 3:00pm), did a horrible job of making mine and my sister's coffee. I ordered a small Vanilla Bean with a pump of caramel and my sister ordered a small blended caramel drink. We waited 25-30 minutes in line with two cars in front of us. When we finally ordered, it took the lady 15 minuted to make our drinks and when we received them, they were the same order. And they were both horribly watered down; we basically paid $6-$7 for water with a tiny bit of caramel flavoring with a squirt if whipped cream on top. I've never had a problem with them before, they used to be the best coffee joint! Once they started hiring so many new people is when they started going downhill. And they definitely hit there lowest point today. Definitely not happy, and we won't be going there for a long while.

Cuppy's is fantastic!! The service is fantastic and the coffee even better. I usually get the blended caramel mocachino with three extra shots and it's great. My daughter gets a hot white chocolate with two extra shots and, it to is great. Just about every time we go through Wheatland we stop for some great coffee!!

The baristas here are very professional and courteous. They make the coffee in a timely manner. There are two drive through windows to facilitate fast service. There is also a walk in area to order. The drinks are always made the way you order them and the coffee is amazing.

My sister and I have been going to Cuppy's since they opened and they use to always make the orders right and the customer service was always the best. But over the last several months, their coffee has been declining and some of their servers are not as friendly and welcoming as they were once before. Today was when they hit rock bottom. My sister and I had been waiting in the drive through line fore thirty-five minutes, waiting for other cars to get their coffee. We saw that one line was moving faster than our own and a few cars had already gone through before our line finally got to move. Once at the window, we placed our order (my sister getting a vanilla bean and I got a caramel) and waited another 10 minutes until we finally got our drinks. The server said she didn't know which one was which and just gave us the drinks before waving us off. We taste each drink after moving our car and one coffee was so watered down that we couldn't tell the flavor clearly, and the other was bland. We go in and ask if they can redo our order and they say they can't because they have other orders to fill out. No refund nor redo on our drinks. How can a barista mess up on a simple order?! Frankly, it was not worth six dollars nor forty-five minutes of my day. If you are looking for good coffee, I suggest hitting places in Marysville or Yuba City.

Cuppys is amazing local coffee. They can do so many different flavors like raspberry, toffee, chocolate, etc. and they do regular coffee exceptionally well too.

Awesome coffee. I get blended drinks and they are one of my favorites for coffee. The prices are not bad either.

The sugar free pumpkin spice latte (extra hot) I got this am was seriously so good. Made my day. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all your sugar free flavors!!! Thank you!! 🥰🥰🥰
