My bagel was unevenly toasted to burnt on the edges. They did not ask me if I wanted my drink hot or iced which you would assume that’s something they would ask especially in 105 degree weather. I forgot to ask cuz I never really drink morning tea out. The workers also could have been a bit friendlier.

Wonderful outdoor patio, yummy food, great coffee. Definitely a highlight of my short visit to Visalia!

Cafe Mocha is my favorite drink. I usually order it hot with whole milk. The one at Component is really good. It's not the cheapest one you can get, but it also doesn't taste 'cheap' in any way. I believe the value is there. The staff are really kind and the ambiance is great too.

Love this place! Was on business trip and was looking for a coffee place and I’m totally stoke in this place. They make the perfect lattes in town! Also, try their delicious healthy avocado Thank you!

I came here because of the positive reviews. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I have dietary restrictions, and I specifically came here because they said they could turn the burrito into a bowl for me and accommodate my GF restriction.

Specifically the day we came here, my friends and I had signed up for a General Grant tree tour along with star gazing. We were on a tight timeline that morning, and so I came in with my friends and placed a pick up order. The wait time was long but this place had great reviews so we thought it would be worth it. About 45mins to an hour later, we get the food, and lo and behold, the food with the dietary restrictions was not there. When we asked them about the burrito bowl, the barista apologized and said that she had no idea what happened to the food. And unfortunately since the kitchen was now closed, they could no longer accommodate the request. I told her that my entire group of friends specifically came here because of my dietary restrictions and because of time restrictions, there’s no other place for me to get food. She apologized again and told me the most she could do was to comp me for the burrito bowl but other than that, there was nothing she could do for me.

Although I appreciated the apology, this experience completely ruined my whole day. I went on the tour and had to stay hungry the whole day because there were barely any restaurants that were open on thanksgiving weekend and/or accommodated dietary restrictions.

So go to this restaurant if you have hours to spare and no dietary restrictions. However if you’re going for a tour around the area and have restrictions, AVOID at ALL COSTS because this place is not reliable. They also messed up the coffee orders so if you’re ordering non-dairy milk, watch them to make sure they’re using the right milk. It’s not a reliable place if you have real allergies.

I was knew I would love this place when I walked in. I love how they styled the place with plants and succulents. However I gave them 2 stars (below avg.) rating because of their coffee options. They do not offer any flavored lattes. The barista said only a simple syrup latte. I was super bummed about that and almost just left because I love trying new flavors and I thought an amazing little place like this would offer that. I was let down. Then.. I asked about food since I came there for food also and she informed me they stop serving food at 11am. After that I thought “wow, really?!” I travel to little coffee shops all over the US and I was drawn in by the look but heavily let down.

I mostly stopped in here because I had a bunch of free time and I was interested to see how the inside of the location had changed since the Planing Mill moved out. I was rewarded with the fanciest avocado toast I’ve ever had. My latte was tasty. Service was just ok. The staff totally let someone waltz in and blatantly cut me in line as I politely waited for the barista that told me, “I’ll be right with you,” to finish what she was doing.

Cute small place coffee is just ok but the spot is chill and the service is really good and friendly. The food is good but very simple.

My husband and I are from the thousand islands region of New York. We have travelled roughly 3,700 miles in the last 7 days. Out of all the coffee shops we have stopped at, we both agreed this was our absolute favorite. Fantastic iced latte and mocha, the best breakfast burrito we have ever had (true story) and amazing pastries. The baristas were super friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful. Now we're wishing we were locals.

Super cute coffee shop, fantastic food and drinks. Love the breakfast burrito and matcha.
