Dutch Bros Coffee

20 minute drive times at 6pm with less than 7 cars in the drive thru. Staff meeting on the back patio was important enough to waste everyones time🤷‍♂️

I love Dutch bros but I have had 3 bad experiences lately with being served weak looking drinks that taste like water I called the 1st time it happened and talked to management but all I got was a sorry and never offered to make it right then I've went about 6more times since then and I now have had 3 watered down drinks that had absolutely no flavor and very little color in them I can't see patronizing somewhere that doesn't make it right after receiving poorly made beverages on numerous occasions although I've received plenty of delicious ones in other states and cities I've not gotten many favorable ones at either of the victorville locations

We are from out of town and always make it a habit to find a Dutch bros and we had the absolute best experience we’ve ever had at this location. Katelyn was so extremely nice and bubbly and made the experience even more better! She really made our day so much better All the drink recommendations were great too. Everything taste wise was amazing as well! Will definitely be stopping by again.

As always, the staff and product are awesome! The parking and dive thru are a little small for such a busy location.

Ordered a large cappuccino and large white mocha my girlfriend drank most of her drink on the way home I get home take a drink of mine and it was straight black coffee not a cappuccino i dont like regular coffe needless to say it went down the drain completel waste of money never going back

I ordered a cake batter frost and all I got was milk in a cup. No sprinkle, no caramel..just soup. A frost is supposed to be thick not runny.

Service is always great and friendly staff.
Latte drinks are delicious.

Went about 6am parked my tractor on the side cause I can’t go through the drive thru. Stood at the window for 20 mins. The girls inside saw me but never took my order so I went to Starbucks next door. Never again.

Always Great customer service...the young girl taking orders in the drive thru...super sweet and helpfull... get her some backup poor girl...line was huge.

We love Dutch bros! The chai flavors are my favorites but I like to ask about recommendations if they aren’t too busy.
