The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

This place almost NEVER has oat milk. So even though it's the closest to me, I rarely go here. When I do, they have a 50/50 chance of totally screwing up my drink. Seriously, I can't leave without checking it first cuz it's like a bad joke by now. I don't know how they run out when they always forget it! The people have been nice, and accommodating, but I tip better when it's done right.

I work door dash and there was a very rude woman with a sarcastic attitude. To add to that it was very bad service. Thought it would be like any other place but very... VERY disrespectful.

There to have coffee with a good friend who I've not seen in 2 years because of COVID. So we had a nice visit, very nice place not too crowded.

Great spot to work alone or meet up with others! Lots of seating--most with outlets. Community room available for free--just call ahead to reserve it. Good location to meet up right off the freeway. Drinks and food okay.

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. I have personal health issues to which make it difficult to wear a face mask completely covering my nose and mouth. They refused me service because i would only place mask over my mouth. I feel my rights to service were totally violated shouldn't people with health issues still be allowed service just like everyone else?

Warm and comfortable interior (How many people remember when this was part of Barnes & Noble when it first opened in Ventura?) with spacious windows. Always something to watch outside. Lots of parking and the friendliest "coffee staff" in town. As a result of it's previous incarnation, it isn't the typical shoebox stuffed between other mall vendors.

Its Coffee Bean we know its the OG ice blended heaven. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better they hired Frankie!!! Its hard to stand out among the Maple latte and the Black forest Ice blended but Frankie seems to do it everytime!!! Great Service!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited ten minutes for an ics tea. I did however get caught up in all the workers chit chat drama. Never again. Left without the tea because I need to move on.

great environment. great staff. good place to study if you can get a seat. still bears the lighter tan and bare wood colors, unless they plan to remodel/paint to the purple/gray scheme.

No drive thru. It was my 1st time there and I struggled to find the entrance. Drove around the building before figuring out you have to park behind it then walk around to the front where the entrance is. My chai latte was perfectly made though.
