I am a regular customer at simones and I have never made a bad comment, but today November 6 at 3:40 I walked in to get coffee and there was no one in line, but a lady talking to the employee, Ava, by the counter. They continued to ignore they’re work and just talk to the lady for 10 minutes while the line piles up and I made eye contact with the two employees five times before I finally walked out and told the lady behind me I had been waiting 10 minutes. After I walked out and drove past they were still ignoring the other lady behind me as well. For simones it was very unusual because they are normally really fast, but I just needed to say somthing hoping the owners will see this.

Simones sparkles and shines as a local coffee hot spot for over 20 years, with an incredible selection, well trained and talented staff and a great little corner spot to relax and enjoy Ventura. My favorite cup of coffee is right here, ready in a few minutes, all daylong at Simones!

Super aesthetic and cute, the atmosphere makes it a great place to study or do work. The workers are super sweet and their coffee is one of my favorites. I would not recommend they’re matcha lattes though, the matcha was bitter and it wasn’t mixed well. There were clumps and the latte was too watery BUT the coffee and muffins there were amazing !! Such a cute spot !

Exceptional is the only way I can describe this place. The staff is always friendly and obliging, service is quick and the drinks are always delicious and just the right temperature, no matter how complicated my order is. Never tried the pastries, but they look very tempting. I've never gotten the wrong order, which is impressive given the size of their menu. I've got nothing bad to say about this place, honestly.
