Dutch Bros Coffee

My daughters favorite coffee shop and since it’s nearby she gets her coffee here almost daily :)

Don't tell my regular coffee house that I came here. I like to support the local coffee shops. But my wife insists on giving my money to the corporate places. The annihilation or something like that, was pretty good. The tea my wife has was like a liquid candy. So if you want sugar drinks, go here.

I was upset when given the wrong keto info on the sugar free blended white mocha. It tasted great ans service was good except for messing up my day with misinformation.

This place is awesome! The staff is absolutely friendly! The nicest coffee staff in town, hands down! Thanks Paige for being super sweet, we need more people like you!

These guys cannot keep track of thier drive thru line. Most Dutch Bros franchises do a first come first serve, these guys do not, it's all over the place.

Jenna the manager needs to retrain her staff. I was in drive thru for 30 pulse min cars that were 4-5 cars behind me got there order before me and when I got my order my drink was cold like it had been sitting there the whole time I was in line. The Visalia locations do not have this problem Jenna and Dutch bros need to get it together !!!!

I love Dutch bros unfortunately the staff needs to pay better attention to what they are making I can't have caffeine and I asked for decaffeinated cookie dough and they put caffeine in the drink and has caused me to have a massive migraine. Please have your staff double check what they are making.

This location really has a lot to work on!

If you want good coffee made right & great customer service then the Visalia location is the way to go.

My first visit to Dutch Bros ,Tulare. Jan 1, early morning of 2022 (6am). Young man standing outside in the cold weather taking orders was great at explaining the menu. He was very informative of the different selections I could choose from. So good , I changed my order. He was in GREAT SPIRITS in the cold weather.
Next stop, the window to pay for my order. The young man was very courteous. He sparked up a good conversation while taking my payment. He answered my questions I had about Dutch Bros very well. Explained his role as a team player in customer service.
Everyone inside was busy. Service like this , I'm sure to return.
