I love Coffee bean and tea this is deff one of my fav coffee shops. They have a diff way of making the coffee and they do a great job. The service is always great. And the lounge area is also nice and comfy not too small not to big.

I had to divorce Starbucks for my new marriage to this place. Every location is always bright in decor, the Baristas are very pleasant and the drinks, OH MY LORD.... A Winter's Dream hot tea Latte is just what it's titled. I don't know if my honeymoon stage will ever end with this place. I wish everyone could experience them, but it appears they're only on the west coast right now.

Love CBTL! Better flavor than Starbucks IMHO, not as bitter, plus relaxing interior and good vibes. Never have had a problem with the staff, love this SoCal chain.

Haven't had good luck here lately. Ordered an Iced Chai Latte to go. When it was served, the bottom half of the drink was still quite warm. That by itself is unpleasant, but it also meant that within a minute or two, much of the ice melted and I was left with a watery, cool chai.

Very bad service. I really needed to use the restrooms before Making a purchase and they told me if I want to use the restrooms I have to make a purchase first. I came from a long drive and was planning to eat and drink my regular coffee. They had a big line of people and I couldn’t hold myself. I’m a regular customer spending about $150 a month at coffee bean and that was not acceptable!
