East Coffee

I've only been there once since the new ownership. I had an ice lavender spiced chai. It was so good because they use powdered Chai and because I said I don't like it super sweet they made it perfect for me. I'll need to go back and try their espresso.

Drip is good - Although small on inside they’ve got plenty of seating on outside. ☺️
Met with the Temecula Mayer Matt Rahn for Coffee with the Mayor - Very nice and staff was attentive to clean tables and chairs-

I come here every morning the foods bomb the service is bomb everything is bomb the drinks the food. they give out free water‼️‼️ Its the best so comfortable and everything🤪 And they play good music 🙏🏽 They even sell Waffles with a Mini Nutella

Amazing place, with wonderful staff and outstanding coffee. I have been here years ago and just had the chance to go again. Never fail to impress me. Today I went to East Coffee and had the opportunity to speak to one of their baristas Taylor and he was outstanding with great manners and customer service. I had their Carmel latte with light Carmel and still taste was just as good as it has ever been. They have definitely made changes to the shop and added chairs and more items to the menu. I will be back again and again. Thank you for the great service!

Went to this coffee shop a few times.
But this last time I went I ordered a coffee to go tipped the lady & sat down & waited. I had been sitting there waiting & saw two ladies walk in about 4-5 min after me who ordered a coffee to go & got one coffee HANDED to them & then walked over to them while they chatted. After about 8 mins of waiting I walked all the way over to the end of the counter & there was my coffee… they didn’t call my name or even point to it
So I asked if it was mine & the guy said “yea” as he walked passed me to other coffee he was delivering to the nice ladies talking. Not happy with my experience & hate to pull the race card, but it was really disappointing to see someone else getting higher treatment with something as simple as coffee .

This place can so easily be anyone's new hangout spot. The decor is humble and serene. The coffee is delicious, simple and easy menu, and the best part is the space to sit and chat.

It's as if the owners wanted nothing more than to create a space for people to get together and actually catch up.

This is a really cool coffee shop. The staff is super friendly and they have a delicious selection of pastries. I got the house coffee and it was perfect!! My wife got the dirty chai and the Açaí breakfast bowl and loved both!! We’re excited to go back!

Terrible service and rude staff at the Temecula Valley Hospital location. On November 8 2022 at around 10:25am i went in and immediately got weird looks when I entered from the two girls who were at the register talking amongst themselves. Ordered a regular coffee and the girl "accidentally" spilled hot coffee on me as she handed me my drink. Ive never had that happen before and she never even apologized nor said anything. Just awkward silence and they again just stared at me stranglyvand nobody even moved. Went to the counter to get napkins to clean the coffee from my hand and the cashier girl again just looked at me strangly. To make it worse the coffee tasted more like water than actual coffee. Not sure why they spilled it on me nor why they gave me weird looks but maybe I intruded on their conversation and they were clearly to busy. I'm in the hospital having dad almost die and now having this come up. Horrible service and rude workers.

So it’s one thing for a coffee shop to open at 7:00 and close at 12:00 but to start closing down at 11:20? Are we really into customer service or interested in going home

I guess close at 12:00 means just that everyone goes home so what happens in the dinning area?

Great coffee but customer service ish? when I was running a coffee shop it was different than today!

Not sure what happened during covid but the current staff really doesn’t want to be there!

Will definitely be contacting the manager/owner after this review. Extremely disgusted by the whole visit. It was our 1st time trying this place since moving here. When a barista has to ASK what a quad shot is, there is already a problem. Forgot multiple things on my order. Overfilled the drink and I burned my hand in front of barista who didn’t even ask if I needed ice after. Completely forgot one drink and when I asked where it was he argued with me saying I needed to pay for it because it “wasn’t on the ticket”. Not my fault the order was taken wrong. For a $30 order that I generously tipped, wrong customer service choice. Not to mention the coffees all tasted watered down and coffees leaking, lids falling off, and cheap sleeves that were falling off when we got to car. One barista yelled loudly after everything in a smart Alec tone, “have a beautiful day!!” When we left. Will not be coming here again. Period. 😡😡
