Good coffee, but apparently you can’t buy beans from this location. New location is harder to get to, often has long lines because it’s shared with a bakery. Beans are the only thing I buy, since I make my own coffee at home. Drove all the way across town to be told I have to buy their beans “online”, even though I could literally see the roasters in the back working away. I’m sure they have a good reason, but won’t explain it to me. I want to support local roasters, but they are making it hard to buy their product. For now I’ll just go to The Press for my beans. Hoping The Bean adjusts this in the future and sell beans to me without having to order online.

My fiance and I live LOVE this place! He has a laundry list of allergens he's got to avoid and Bean is very allergen friendly. They were happy to double check if their products have soy and he is in java chip heaven! Soy is the reason he can't drink Starbucks java chip frap so this is our new spot!

First the coffee. I drink black coffee and not much else. So, I am very finicky when it comes to good coffee. If I drank cream and sugar it wouldn't matter what the coffee tastes like.
The difference here is that they have the roasting machines right there for you to see. They toast all their beans fresh the day before. Usually 2 or 3 different types. Today I opted for Ethiopian. Have to say, you can't get any fresher than roasted day before. Most discriminating coffee drinkers know fresh coffee lasts for only 2 or 3 weeks. Result, Very good coffee. The other factor to good coffee is to brew it with proper water temperature. Not boiling. They do it right. You can get a cup of coffee, sit down, take a sip, put the cup down in front of you, and discern the subtle characteristics your selection. Years ago I used to stop at Starbucks occasionally for coffee. Rarely, was it good. Usually its overcooked, burnt, acidic. You sit and look at that cup and think, really? Yuck. I would rather drink Instant coffee. It tastes better. If you go for the diabetes drinks then it doesn't matter.
The atmosphere. Very cool. You have to check it out. Indoor themed seating and outdoor seating with trees and water features. Its popular.
They also have really good looking treats, pastries, etc. I cant comment on those but they sure look good.

First time visiting. I tried their Maple and Brown sugar frappuccino and it was rather good. I think it could've been just a tad better, or maybe with a darker roast coffee, but still very good. I drank every sip. It was a homey place, very nice attendee who had great recommendations.

This place has got some great coffee. I had the salted Carmel latte and was very impressed. I don’t usually get my coffee in Temecula, but I may need to add this to one of my favorites. Also is it very nice inside, people that work there seen friendly and I will definitely return.

Bean Coffee Roasters has merged locations with Batter-Up Bakery. The coffee shop has lost its vibe and feels like a watered down experience of what it used to be. Ordering is a nightmare now because the line is busy with both customers of the bakery and the coffee shop. If Bean wants to survive with new partnership they need to figure out a better system/division of patrons. I've seen that bakery go through at least 3 different owners and name changes, hopefully it doesn't foreshadow the future of Bean.

This place was recommended to me by a client. The atmosphere was very homey. There were plenty of places to sit, and next to outlets so I could relax and charge my phone. I ordered a non-fat Mexican Mocha which was delicious. I can't usually get good Mexican Mocha at most coffee houses. When I'm in the Temecula area I will definitely stop by again.

As far as atmosphere, this place nails it. I started going when it first opened and was really hoping this place would satisfy my desire for a real coffee shop in Temecula, but I was disappointed. I have nothing against them, and I've always had a pleasant customer experience, but the coffee is not good. I got a drink one time and had to send it back, which I almost never do, and the one they remade me tasted exactly the same.
My hope is that this place will figure things out and the coffee will be up to par with the atmosphere, but for now I'm going to stay away until that happens.

Average at best coffee house. Flavored coffee drinks are on par with any other chain store. They do tend to serve their hot drinks on the cold side. On more than one occasion i have handed a hot drink right back asking them to make it a hot drink. What really lost me as a customer was went in for just a straight drip coffee. The flavor was bland, no choice of types or flavors and was luke warm. I went for. Refill and unlike most places where drip brew is free or 50 cents for a refill they wanted half price of original cost. I asked the server if that was they really charged for a refill on drip and was told yes. There are plenty of other choices in town that are way more customer service and customer retention driven to chose from. For me this was the last drip for this shop. Yes pun intended.
