Definite hits the spot if hungry and in Sunnyvale! I'd say best banh mi I've had up the peninsula from San Jose, where I used to live, but don't get to any more. 4c is my choice grilled pork banh mi

Great mom n pop bahn mi place hidden in Sunnyvale. Photos don't do it justice as it is easily the best place to get bahn mi in Bay area. Don't let the look deceive you.
I've tried Pork and Fried tofu ones. They were crunchy on the outside, tasty on the inside.
They take credit cards now.

Been coming here for the past few years I’ve been around, and it’s a staple. Spring rolls to go for a quick snack, generously sized banh mi’s, and the coffee is worth the price ($5.50 for iced coffee)...yea, I know, but trust me.

We were visiting the Cupertino area and getting ready to head back home on the plane. We were looking for something that would stay fresh and didn’t needed to be refrigerated. The sandwiches were very delicious. We ordered the regular banh mi and lemongrass pork. A great choice for a plane ride and It worked out very well. We enjoyed the sandwiches and of course my shrimp chips. But Those didn’t make it on the plane. Lol. They are reasonably price too. This isn’t a dine in spot. It’s more of a ToGo restaurant. They were quick to take the order and very quick with the food.

I love the grilled pork sandwich. I sometimes add an additional egg if I'm feeling super hungry. Good food, good process, good speed. Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too :)

Best Vietnamese Sandwich in south bay. Fresh, tasty and reasonable price. One more thing that you should try is Grill Chicken Thigh, I love it!!

Possibly the best banh mi place in the South Bay. This hole in the wall has been serving Vietnamese sandwiches for years, and hasn't missed a beat. I do wish their bread was a traditional baguette - they use something more like a sandwich roll, which has occasionally been pretty stiff on the outside. However, the meat options are fantastic, and make up for the bread selection. Protip: order the sandwich with an egg - you won't be sorry.

The worst Vietnamese banh mi and egg roll rice noodle I've ever eaten. If you want to eat good Vietnamese food, you should go another place. But the most reason I give them 1 star is the owner's behavior, it was terrible. Never come back.

I hope you like attitudes because that's what the employees here always give you. Banh mis are just disappointing. Too much bread, very little grilled pork and half of it was just clumps of fat. Otherwise they are fast. If you want a banh mi, it's worth just going to South eastern San jose
