Exquisite and best latte in St. Helena. Super friendly staff and service is beyond words.

Did a tasting for my husband on our anniversary. We had so much fun and learned so much. The co-owner took us through the roasting process and enjoyed the tasting with us. It was really fun and I would recommend this for anyone who likes coffee.

If you want a frap this isn’t your shop. If your looking for a coffee shop that loves beans as much as you do, then you have friends here. They know how to pull a shot, use quality beans, and will sell you some really good ones too. A safe haven for those that worship the bean.

Stopped by for coffee on a weekday morning while on vacation. There is a lot of free street parking nearby. Drinks were good and there were plenty of seating options. It did take more than 10 minutes to get our drinks, but they were well made. We will visit again when in town.

Great place to get local beans. They have a wide variety of single origin and in-house blends. I always drop by and pick up at least one bag to take home for home brewing.

They also have a lot of outlets to charge your phone or work on your laptop. One of my favorite coffee spots for sure.

On the pricey side of coffee and pastries, but the shop itself is a very nice place to hang out. All the workers have a very happy, friendly and go-getter attitude, which makes me feel extremely cheerful and warm. The workers truly care about your order and possess a good, helpful demeanor. The music in the background is nice and the overall quaint feel of the coffee shop is a cute touch. I loved the ambience. It's a cute place and I highly recommend it to everyone. Both of my baristas were very courteous and careful. They will happily accommodate your requests. The decor is old fashioned and carefully curated. I liked the ambience, the milieu and the coffee. A few points of constructive criticism: The portion sizes of the cappuccinos and shakeratos are far too small for the value we're giving, in my humble opinion as a college student. My cup was almost a third actual liquid and the rest all foam, haha! The plain scone was also far too dry, brittle, and tasteless... Perhaps, that's the way scones are supposed to taste? If so, I'm not a fan at all, but this criticism cannot be attributed to the staff. Selection of pastries could definitely be improved. But the baristas, the vibe, and the location to a coffee shop that's open for 12 hours daily, are the reasons why I recommend the Napa Valley Coffee Shop to anyone!

Update: I visited this shop once more during the pandemic in August to get my fix of a lavendar vanilla latte. I highly recommend those - can't get enough of that flavor! The card reader wasn't working at the time I came in to purchase my latte but they let me go without paying. Such trusting employees! I praise their customer service.

This place has the best coffee in miles! I come often throughout the week, whether it be to start off my day with a rich cup of coffee, or early evening on the weekend! The staff here are great and I'd have to say. . .very good customer service and pleasant, relaxing atmosphere to lounge in! Rebecca is my favorite Barista! *Always very helpful and kind!

I love this little coffee shop in Saint Helena. It's right downtown, super cute and the coffee drinks are great. Staff is very helpful. Food is limited, but I always recommend it for great coffee to go with your Model Bakery breakfast!
