There's only 2 things wrong with this place. 1) It closes too early and 2) they run out of pastries too fast. I just moved back to the bay area after 17 years in Seattle and this is the only place that comes close to what I left behind. There's no other espresso this good for miles!

Dead Eye Coffee Bar is a very interesting little shop. The place is set up for more grab and go style consumers. The establishment has three stools are up in the back that sit up against a beautiful bashed copper countertop. The giant windows have a wonderful view and make an otherwise claustrophobic space very open and alive.
The staff were very friendly and the coffee is well roasted and prepared to perfection. Definitely a place worth stopping into and the staff were incredibly friendly!

This is a coffee shop as coffee shops are meant to be. Some people have noted that the space is small- this is true. The shop is not necessarily a place to hang out... but it is a place to get *spectacular* coffee. Their vanilla latte is the best I have had in years of countless espresso based drinks. The cappuccino holds up to the same high standard. The staff care about the quality of each drink in a way that is near impossible to find. This care and pride in their work shows through in everything from their choice of beans to the perfectly steamed milk and balanced flavors. It is so very refreshing to find people who are proud of what they do and do it well. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Wow!
Heard about this coffee shop from word-of-mouth. It’s a bit hard to find, but once stepped inside, we were really charmed. To start off, the design of the shop was vintage yet modern, tasteful and cohesive. The drinks and ice creams were well presented. The owners/servers were really personable and engaging. It has all the charms lost by big chain coffee shops.
Definitely worth stopping by again and again!

Wonderful place where the knowledgeable staff provide great service and great coffee. They carry both single origin and coffee blends as well as large format offerings of their Tahitian Vanilla Latte, Matcha Green Tea Latte and Devout Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate. This is my absolute go-to spot in South San Francisco.

Dead Eye is my choice when picking someone up from SFO in the morning. It's maybe a ten-minute drive to the arrival areas. I get word people are de-planing, go in and order, and have hot coffee for me and the person I love.
Spiced Rose Latte is my rare deviation from drip.

Really great latte drinks. Exceptionally quality worth the price. Their pastries are great as well! I wish I could hit it up all the time!

Had a iced cappuccino. Seriously good. Topped off with a friendly barista who readily shared some tips on how to make great coffee.

This is what happens when a barista opens the place of his dreams. Every drink is amazing. The cups are amazing. The decor is beautiful. Go here if you're after decent coffee in the area. Brian will take care of you!

Cozy coffee spot that serves devout coffee. There are three seats and a small standing bar area if you are looking to hangout.
They are also stocked with some Fellow coffee products should you be in the market for some neat items.
Mocha was solid and I’m sure their other offerings are good as well.
